Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին հաշված օրեր են մնացել: 1915 թվականի զոհերի հիշատակը վառ պահելու, համայն աշխարհին եւ ներկայիս Թուրքիայի կառավարությանը հիշեցնելու եւ պատասխան պահանջելու համար աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը մի շարք միջոցառումներ է կազմակերպելու. թե ինչ ծրագրեր են նախապատրաստել եւ իրականացվելու հարեւան պետություն Վրաստանում, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց «Վիրահայերի միասնություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տաճատ Վարդապետյանից:
-Անկեղծ ասած, ջավախքահայությունն իր մատը մշտապես հայ ժողովրդի առօրյայի զարկերակին է պահում: Դա պայմանավորված չէ միայն նրանով, որ այս տարի Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյա տարելիցն է. պետք է նկատեմ, որ ամեն տարի այնտեղ ցայտուն կերպով ընդգծված միջոցառումներ են տեղի ունենում՝ կապված 1915 թվականի ոճրագործության հետ: Ամեն տարի ապրիլի 24-ին ե՛ւ մոմավառություն է կազմակերպվում, ե՛ւ երթ: Այս տարի ավելի ընդլայնված ու ավելի ներկայացուցչական է լինելու այդ ամենը, որպեսզի ամբողջ աշխարհին տեղեկացնենք, որ Ջավախք աշխարհը, վիրահայությունը անմասն չէ հայության 100-ամյա ողբերգությանը: Այս պահի դրությամբ միջոցառումների պլանը դեռ հստակեցվում է:
-Իսկ որեէ քայլեր ձեռնարկվո՞ւմ են Վրաստանի ազգային ժողովի հայազգի պատգամավորների կոմից, որպեսզի Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը քննարկվի օրենսդիր մարմնում:
-Պետք է նշեմ, որ վերջերս ես հանդիպել եմ Վրաստանի ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ՝ Սամվել Պետրոսյանի, Հենզել Մկոյանի, Ռուսլան Պողոսյանի հետ, ովքեր բացի Ջավախքից եւ Թիֆլիսից, նաեւ խորհրդարանում պետք է բարձրաձայնեն Ցեղասպանության հարցը, հորդորեն ու համապատասխան աշխատանք ծավալեն, որպեսզի հարցը քննարկման դրվի: Ասեմ, որ բոլորովին վերջերս Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Դավիթ Ուսուպաշվիլիի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությունը Հայաստանում էր, եւ Ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ նա ակնարկեց, որ վրացի եղբայրները հաղորդակից են իրենց հայ եղբայրների ողբերգությանը, սակայն որեւէ հստակ վերաբերմունք եւ քայլ չնախանշվեց: Զրույցից հետո ծաղկեպսակ դրվեց Հայոց մեծ եղեռնի զոհերի հուշարձանին, այնպես որ դրական տեղաշարժեր կան, հիմա պարզապես պետք է հետեւենք իրադարձություններին եւ տեսնենք, թե ինչ տեղի կունենա: Այն, որ հայ պատգամավորները խորհրդարանում Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետ կապված քայլեր պետք է կատարեն՝ դա հաստատ է, որոնց մասին առաջիկայում կտեղեկանանք: Վրաստանի հայազգի պատգամավորները պետք է Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ հանդես գան:
-Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, ինչու՞ մինչ օրս Վրաստանի ազգային ժողովում չի դրվել քննարկման Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին հարցը, արդյո՞ք սա գեոպոլիտիկայի հետեւանք է:
-Միանշանակ դա գեոպոլիտիկայի հետեւանք է: Գիտեք զգացմունքային, եղբայրության տիրույթում հայ-վրացական հարաբերություններն անթերի են եւ աննախադեպ, բայց ինչ վերաբերվում է քաղաքականությանը, ապա լիարժեք պատասխաններ տալ դրանց պարզապես հնարավոր չէ:
