Երեկ լուրեր էին տարածվել, թե «Հրազդան» տոնավաճառից «արտագաղթած» առեւտրականների հիմնական մասը որոշել է հրաժարվել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի տրամադրած, Աբովյանում կառուցվող անվճար տաղավարներից, վերադարձել է ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանին պատկանող շուկա եւ համաձայնել նոր պայմանագրեր կնքել պատգամավորին պատկանող տոնավաճառի տնօրինության հետ:
Չնայած այս ամենին՝ շուկայում ֆինանսական իրավիճակը չի կայունանում, քանի որ աշխատակիցների մի մասն, այնուամենայնիվ, գերադասում է օգտվել, այսպես կոչված, «բարեգործական» շուկայի ծառայություններից, ինչը անդառնալիորեն կարող է անդրադառնալ վերջին շրջանում մարզադաշտի վերակառուցումից հետո ֆինանսական զգալի խնդիրների առաջ կանգնած տոնավաճառի վրա: Արդյունքում՝ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ կարող են հայտնվել առանց աշխատանքի մնալու վտանգի առաջ:
Տարիներ շարունակ այս կառույցը ամենակայացածներից է եղել հատկապես հագուստի շուկայում և աշխատակիցների համար համեմատաբար տանելի եկամտի աղբյուր է եղել: Ծառուկյանի «գթասրտությունը»՝ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորի հետ վատ հարաբերությունների ֆոնին՝ անվճար տարածքներ տրամադրել և պարալիզացնել իր մրցակցի բիզնեսը՝ հիշեցրեց ոչ վաղ անցյալում նրա կողմից իրականացված մեկ այլ, այսպես կոչված, բարեգործություն, երբ «Կինգ դելյուքս» ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող Երեւան-Աբովյան թիվ 259 եւ Երեւան-Չարենցավան ավտոբուսների երթուղիներին զուգահեռ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմանդրամը անվճար երթուղիներ էր դրել:
Այդ ժամանակ Ծառուկյանը վատ հարաբերություն ուներ իր սանիկի՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանի հետ և այդպիսի մեթոդներով փորձում էր «պատժել» նրան: Նրանց միջև խնդիրը կարգավորելուց հետո բարեգործական այդ երթուղին գրեթե դադարեց գոյություն ունենալուց, մոռացվեց թե մարդկանց խնդիրները, թե սոցիալական վիճակը:
Մոտավորապես այդպիսի իրավիճակ է «Հրազդան» տոնավաճառի շուրջ: Ոչ վաղ անցյալում բողոքի ակցիաներ եղան «Մալաթիա» տոնավաճառում, աշխատանքից զրկվեցին Փակ շուկայի բազմաթիվ առևտրականներ, բայց Ծառուկյանը այդպես էլ գթասրտություն հանդես չբերեց: Բազմաթիվ առևտրականներ տարբեր պատճառներով հայտնվել են փողոցում, ովքեր մեծ սիրով կօգտվեին Ծառուկյանի առատաձեռնությունից և կվերսկսեին աշխատանքը, սակայն քինախնդրական բարեգործությամբ Ծառուկյանը մշտապես փորձում է վատություն անել իր մրցակիցներին: Իսկ Հայաստանի նման թույլ տնտեսությամբ երկրում կաթվածահար անել ցանկացած կայուն բիզնես, որը բազմաթիվ աշխատատեղեր է ստեղծում, մեղմ ասած, վատություն է հենց պետության հանդեպ: Ի վերջո, ինչի՞ հաշվին են պահելու հսկայական «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտը, որը ամենօրյա ծախսեր է պահանջում: Հայտնի է, որ մարզադաշտի ծախսերի սպասարկումը կատարվում է վարձակալների վճարած վարձակալական գումարներից:
Դրա փոխարեն այդ տաղավարներ հրավիրեիք անձանց, ովքեր աշխատանք չունեն և օրվա հացի փող չեն կարողանում վաստակել: Հակառակ պարագայում, ինչպես բարեգործական երթուղիների դեպքում, հարաբերությունները կարգավորելուց հետո այդ մարդիկ հայտնվելու են կոտրած տաշտակի առաջ:
Սա նաև պետք է հասկանան իշխանությունները, ովքեր նմանատիպ թույլ տնտեսություն ունեցող երկրում պետք է կանխեն դեմպինգի ցանկացած փորձ:
