Ի՞նչ և որքա՞ն գումար է պետք ավտոերթ կազմակերպելու և այն իրականացնելու համար: Սկսեմ կազմակերպչական մասից. հայտարարությունները, քննարկումները, մասնակիցներ գտնելը հնարավոր է անել հենց Facebook սոցիալական ցանցում՝ ընդամենը գրանցելով այնտեղ համապատասխան միջոցառում: Եվ դա միանգամայն անվճար է:
Անցնենք երթուղուն: Ենթադրենք՝ երթուղին ընտրում ենք Երևան-Գյումրի: Մասնակիցները, բնականաբար, իրենց մեքենաներով: Յուրաքանչյուր մեքենայի մեջ կարող է նստել 4 կամ 5 մարդ: Մեքենաները, որպես կանոն, օգտագործում են գազ, քանի որ այսօր բենզինով մեքենա վարելը կարելի է ասել՝ «օլիգարխիկ» հաճույք է:
Որքա՞ն գազ կծախսի մեկ մեքենան այդ դեպքում. ուրեմն` Երևան Գյումրի հեռավորությունը մոտ 100 կիլոմետր է, այսինքն՝ գնալը և գալը միասին՝ մոտ 200 կիլոմետր: 200 կիլոմետրի վրա միջին հաշվով ծախսվում է մոտ 250 մթնոլորտ գազ, որը կարժենա մոտ 3500 դրամ: Կլորացնենք, դարձնենք 4000: Այսինքն, մեկ մեքենայի ծախսը՝ 4000 դրամ: Եթե մեքենայի մեջ 4 մարդ է, յուրաքանչյուրը կծախսի 1000-ական դրամ, եթե 5 մարդ՝ 800-ական: Ավտոերթի ժամանակ հավանաբար կօգտագործվեն նաև ինչ-որ պաստառներ. թող յուրաքանչյուր մասնակից 1000-ական դրամ էլ ներդնի այդ պաստառների պատրաստման համար: Ամեն դեպքում ստացվում է, որ Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոերթ կարելի է կազմակերպել, եթե ավոտերթի յուրանչյուր մասնակից իր կողմից դնի ընդամենը 2000 դրամ: Հետևաբար, նման ավտոերթը լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորման կարիք չպետք է որ ունենա:
Այդ դեպքում անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու է մարտի 7-ի «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանն» իր կողմից նախապատրաստվող՝ Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոերթի մասին ֆեյսբուքյան միջոցառման հայտարարության մեջ նշել նաև բանկային հաշվեհամար, որի վրա ցանկացողները պետք է փոխանցեն գումարներ: Ի՞նչ նպատակով է այս դրամահավաքը, հաճելին համատեղել օգտակարի հետ և նաև փո՞ղ աշխատել, թե՞ միգուցե դրանով ուզում են նաև ցույց տալ, որ իրենք իբրև թե արևմտյան գրանտներ չեն ստանում, տվյալ ավտոերթի համար էլ որևէ գումար չեն ստացել և իրենց հարցերը լուծում են միայն դրամահավաքի միջոցով: Եթե նման բան են ուզում ցույց տալ, ապա դրա համար նախ պետք է իրենց շարքեր չընդունեին Իգոր Մուրադյանի նման ակնհայտ սադրիչներին, ովքեր այնքան անզգույշ են, որ նույնիսկ ասուլիսի ժամանակ պարզ ասում են, որ իրենց գործողությունների հետևում Արևմուտքն է կանգնած: Չպետք է նաև իրենց շարքերն ընդունեին Կարո Եղնուկյանի նմաններին և այլոց: Իսկ ունենալով իրենց շարքերում նման մարդկանց՝ այլևս շատ դժվար է ապացուցել այն, թե իրենք Արևմուտքի պատվեր կատարողներ չեն, անձնական խնդիրներ լուծողներ չեն և գործում են իբրև թե հանուն ժողովրդի:
