Վերջին շրջանում հայ իրականության մեջ թերևս ամենից շատ շրջանառվող բառերից է ՌԴ նախագահ Վ. Պուտինի անունը. «Պուտինն այսպես արեց, Պուտինն այնպես արեց, Պուտինը բռնապետ կամ հզոր առաջնորդ է» և այսպես, գրեթե ամեն օր՝ նույն համահարթեցված տրամաբանությամբ:
Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանը, լինելով գերտերություն, բնականաբար, գտնվում է աշխարհաքաղաքական տարաբնույթ զարգացումների կիզակետում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ենթադրվում է, որ ՌԴ նախագահի այս կամ այն քաղաքական կուրսի վերաբերյալ պետք է օրինաչափ քննարկումներ ծավալվեն աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերում, և Հայաստանը նույնպես այդ տեսանկյունից չի կարող բացառություն կազմել:
Բայց, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ներհայաստանյան քննարկումներն էականորեն տարբերվում են աշխարհի պրակտիկայից` ստանալով նույնիսկ զավեշտական երանգավորումներ:
Կարելի է ասել, որ ՀՀ հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում ձևավորվել են երկու հակադիր բևեռներ.
Առաջին խմբի ներկայացուցիչներն այնպիսի տիեզերական հիացմունքով են արտաբերում Պուտին բառը, ինչպես, օրինակ, ժամանակին շարքային եգիպտացիները կամ էլ հնդիկները կարտաբերեին համապատասխանաբար Նասեր և Գանդի անունները:
Երկրորդ խմբի ներկայացուցիչներն այնպիսի ատելությամբ են լցված Պուտինի դեմ, կարծես թե, վերջինս հենց իրենց երկրի նախագահն է և նա է գլխավոր մեղավորն ու պատասխանատուն Հայաստանում տիրող անմխիթար և ողորմելի իրավիճակի համար:
Եթե վերոնշյալ շարադրանքն ընթերցի քաղաքագիտության հետ այս կամ այն կերպ առնչվող որևէ մեկը, ապա, վստահաբար, դա կորակի որպես քաղաքագիտական պրիմիտիվիզմի բարձրագույն դրսևորում: Եվ ճիշտ էլ կանի, քանի որ, իրոք, շարադրանքի բովանդակությունը պարզունակ է: Բայց խնդիրն ոչ թե հեղինակի մտահորիզոնի պարզունակությունն է, այլ այն, որ շարադրանքում տեղ գտած պարզունակ գաղափարների կրողները հանդիսանում են հենց ՀՀ ընդդիմադիր դաշտի վերին էշելոններում գտնվող քաղաքական գործիչները:
Այսինքն` Պուտինը հանդիսանում է ՀՀ քաղաքական դաշտի առանձգական կենտրոնը, իսկ քաղաքական թիմերը՝ դրա շուրջ պտտվող արբանյակները: Առաջին խմբի ներկայացուցիչների քաղաքական պայքարի առաջնային թիրախն, ըստ էության, Պուտինին սիրո և հավատարմության հավաստիացումներ հղելն է. ում սերն ավելի համոզիչ թվա, նա, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կարող է հաղթել:
Երկրորդ խմբի քաղաքական պայքարի ամբողջ իմաստը Պուտինին հայհոյելու և պախարակելու մեջ է, իսկ ավելի շատ գումար կարող է ստանալ նա, ով կկարողանա համեմատաբար ավելի շատ ակտիվ ապուշներ հավաքագրել:
Սա է մեր քաղաքական իրականությունը, այսպիսի պրիմիտիվ թիրախների են փորձում հարվածել մեր քաղաքական գործիչները:
Մի՞թե գաղափարական հիմքերի վրա դրված գործընթացների բացակայության և համատարած քաղաքական թրաֆիքինգի պայմաններում հնարավոր է ավելի լուրջ բան գրել:
