Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է իր հյուսիսային և հարավային սահմաններում կառուցել նոր էլեկտրագծեր, որոնց միջոցով կմիանա Վրաստանի և Իրանի էներգետիկ համակարգերին, իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կկարողանա էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարել այդ պետություններին: Վրաստանի հետ կառուցվող էլեկտրագծով Հայաստանը կմիանա նաև ռուսական համակարգին' դառնալով էներգետիկ շղթայի մի մասը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց «Հայաստանի բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Արամ Անանյանը' նշելով, որ էլեկտրագծերի և ենթակայանների կառուցմումը նախատեսված է առաջիկա մի քանի տարիներին: «Իրանի հետ սահմանակից Սյունիքի մարզում գտնվող «Շինուհայր» ենթակայանի համար արդեն կա պայմանավորվածություն, և մինչ այս տարվա ավարտը կընտրենք կապալառու ընկերությունը: Ծրագրի ավարտը նախատեսված է 2017 թվականին: «Շինուհայր» ենթակայանը սպասարկում է այս ողջ տարածաշրջանը, այստղից ենք էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարում է դեպի Մեղրի, որտեղից էլ' Իրան: Նույն գծով նաև էլեկտրաէներգիա ենք կարողանում ստանալ Իրանից: Այսօր մենք Իրանին գիշերները տալիս ենք մոտ 100-120 մեգավատտ էլեկտրաէներգիա, իսկ ցերեկները ստանում ենք մոտ 15 մեգավատտ»,- ասաց Անանյանը: Նույն ծրագրով նախատեսված է նաև «Եղեգնաձոր» ենթակայանի կառուցումը, որն էլ էլեկտրագծերով կմիանա Հրազդան ՋԷԿ-ին: Ողջ ծրագրի համար «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական ցանցերն» Ասիական զարգացման բանկից ստացել է 23 մլն դոլարի ֆինանսավորում:
Արամ Անանյանի խոսքով' այս ծրագրի ավարտից հետո մեկնարկելու է «Արարատ-2», ապա նաև մյուս ենթակայանների շինարարությունը: «Սա համակարգի համար մեծ նշանակություն ունի, քանի որ կկարողանանք ավելի մեծ հզորություն ապահովել: Ենթակայանների վերակառուցումից հետո դրանց հզորությունը մոտ 15-20 տոկոսով ավելանալու է»,- հայտնեց Արամ Անանյանը: Նա նշեց, որ առաջիկայում Սյունիքի մարզում կառուցվելու է նաև բոլորովին նոր ենթակայան' 400 կՎ հզորությամբ' նախատեսված հենց պարսկական գծի համար: «Այդ ուղղությունով գիծը շարունակվելու է մինչև Դդմաշենի տա րածք, որտեղ ևս կկառուցվի ենթակայան, շարունակությունը կլինի «Այրում» ենթակայանն Ալավերդիի մոտ, որտեղ փորձելու ենք Վրաստանի հետ կապ հաստատել: Այսինքն' ունենալու ենք նաև Հայաստան-Վրաստան էլեկտրագիծը' 500 կՎ հզորությամբ, որից Հայաստանում դեռ չկա»,- հավելեց նա:
«Հայաստանի բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ՓԲԸ տնօրենը վստահ է, որ ինչպես Իրանում, այնպես էլ Վրաստանում կա էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկ, և Հայաստանը ի զորու է էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարել նրանց: «Իրանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկ գրեթե միշտ կա, սակայն մենք չենք կարողանում մեծ ծավալի արտահանում ապահովել, բացի այդ, գիծն ու ենթակայաններն էլ այս պահին չունեն այդ հզորությունը: Այդ հարցն էլ այժմ փորձում ենք լուծել»,- ասաց նա: Անանյանը խոսեց նաև Վրաստանի միջոցով Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկ շղթային միանալու մասին' ընդգծելով, որ դա թույլ կտա Հայաստանին վթարների ժամանակ էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանալ ՌԴ-ից: «Ռուսաստանին միանալը կարևոր է ապահովության տեսանկյունից, երբ վթար է լինում, մենք կկարողանք էլեկտրաէներգիա ներկրել այնտեղից»,- հավելեց Անանյանը:
Վրաստան-Հայաստան 400 կՎ էլեկտրահաղորդումների հերթական գծի կառուցումը կկապի Մառնեուլի ենթակայանը Հայաստանի Հրազդանի ՀԷԿ-ի հետ։ Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի միջև էներգամատակարարման ծավալների մեծացման ծրագրով' ներկայիս 200 մգՎտ թողունակությունը հնարավոր կլինի հասցնել 700 մգՎտ-ի, կառուցվելիք 400 կՎ բարձ լարման գծի և հաստատուն հոսանքի ներդիրի շնորհիվ:
