Բարսելոնայում բացվեց Համաշխարհային բջջային կոնգրեսը (Mobile World Congress), որին այս տարի մասնակցոմ են համաշխարհային ճանաչում ստացած մոտ 1800 մասնակից կազմակերպություն:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, այս տարվա միջոցառման կիզակետը կդառնա Ericsson-ի կողմից հայտարարագրված 5G բջջային ցանցերի շնորհանդեսը:
2006 թվականից փետրվար-մարտ ամիսներին իսպանական Բարսելոնա քաղաքը, բավականին ոչ զբոսաշրջիկային ժամանակահատվածում, վերածվում է բջջային կապի տարբեր ենթաոլորտներում մասնագիտացված աշխարհի լավագույն կազմակերպությունների հավաքատեղիի: Ամբողջ աշխարհը սպասում է այս օրերին, որպեսզի հնարավորություն ունենա մոտիկից ծանոթանալու գալիք տարվա ընթացքում ներկայացվելիք գիտատեխնիկական նորույթներին:
«Աշխարհն իսկապես վերածվում է ցանցերի հասարակության (Network society), որոնք ներթափանցում են մեր կյանք, և ամպային տեխնոլոգիաները սրընթաց դառնում են էլ ավելի պահանջված: Այդ իսկ առիթով Ericsson-ի հետ մենք կարևորում ենք այդ հանգամանքը և համագործակության շնորհիվ նպատակ ունենք վերափոխել ցանցային ենթակառուցվածքը, հեռահաղորդակցույթան արագությունը ամպի և տվյալների կենտրոնի միջև», - քառօրյա կոնֆերանսի բացման ելույթի ընթացքում նշեց Intel-ի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Բրայն Կռազանիչը:
Կոնգրեսի ընթացքում խոշոր կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները հնարավորություն ունեն ներկա գտնվելու փակ հանդիպումների և քննարկումների, որոնց այս տարի մասնակցելու և ելույթով հանդես է գալու Ֆեյսբուքի հիմնադիր Մարկ Ցուկերբերգը: Ինչպես նաև կոնգրեսի հսկայական ցուցասրահների տարածքում յուրաքանչյուր կազմակերպություն ներկայացնում է իր կազմակերպության կողմից այս տարի հայտարարագրված նորույթները: Այստեղ բազում տաղավարների շարքում կարելի է հանդիպել GSMA, Huawei, Альянс Renault-Nissan, Sprint, Telenor Group, Visa, Facebook, AVG Technologies, BBVA, Mozilla Foundation, Peel, Vimpelcom (Beeline), Orange,&nbs p; և այլ կազմակերպությունների տաղավարներին:
Միայն 2014 թ. Համաշխարհային բջջային կոնգրեսի տաղավարներն ունեցել էին 85 հազար այցելու, 1800 մասնակից կազմակերպություն, որոնք իրենց կազմակերպությունների նորույթները ցուցադրելու և գործնական հանդիպումները իրականացնելու համար զբաղեցրել էին 98 հազար քառակուսի մետր տարածք:
Ամենամյա Համաշխարհային բջջային կոնգրեսը հիմնադրվել է 1994 թ. Համաշխարհային GSM ասոոցիացիայի կողմից: Ավելի քան 10 տարի այն իրականացվում էր Կանն քաղաքում, սակայն այնտեղի Փառատոնների պալատի սահմանափակ տարածքի պատճառով կոնգրեսը տեղափոխվեց Բարսելոնա:
