Համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման՝ մարտի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել տաքսիների լիցենզավորման նոր ընթացակարգը, որը դժգոհություն առաջացրեց բազմաթիվ վարորդների մոտ: Այս օրերին մայրաքաղաքի և մարզերի հարյուրավոր տաքսու վարորդներ դուրս են գալիս ցույցի: Նրանք բողոքում են 12 հազ. դրամ լիցենզավորման վճարի, ինչպես նաև 50-70 հազ. դրսմ արժողությամբ պարտադիր հաշվիչներ ձեռք բերելու դեմ: Orer.am-ը զրուցել ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության տրանսպորտի վարչության պետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Մելքոնյանի հետ և պարզել՝ ինչպիսի քայլեր է անում նախարարությունը, որպեսզի փոխհամաձայնության գա քաղաքացիների հետ: Դ.Մելքոնյանը մեր թղթակցին ասաց, որ նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները եղել են հանրապետության 4 մարզերում՝ Շիրակի, Արագածոտնի, Արմավիրի և Կոտայքի: Պաշտոնյան նշում է, որ շատ դեպքերում այս հարցում ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածվում, ինչը առիթ է դառնում սխալ հասկացվածության: Ըստ Մելքոնյանի՝ մարզային այցելությունների շրջանակներում նախարարության աշխատակիցները փորձում են պարզաբանել վարորդների հետ այդ բոլոր խնդիրները: Մեր այն հարցին՝ ովքե՞ր և ինչպիսի՞ ապատեղեկատվություն են տարածում, նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը պատասխանեց, որ դրանք կարող են լինել նաև որոշակի քաղաքական ուժեր: Դավիթ Մելքոնյանը հորդորում է տաքսու վարորդներին, որպեսզի վերջիններս կատարեն օրենքի պահանջներն ու կառավարության որոշումները՝ հավելելով, որ Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունը պատրաստ է հնարավորինս աջակցություն ցուցաբերել: «Մենք գերխնդիր չունենք մարդկանց պատժելու և վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու, բայց եթե որոշակի ժամանակ հետո մենք զգանք, որ այնպիսի մարդիկ կան, ովքեր չենք ուզում օրենքի պահանջներին ենթարկվել, մենք պարտավոր կլինենք վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկել նրանց»,- ասաց Մելքոնյանը: Խոսելով նախարարության կոնկրետ աջակցության մասին՝ մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց, որ այդ աջակցությունը կապված է վարորդներին ուղղություն ցույց տալու և այլ հարցերի հետ: Ըստ Դավիթ Մելքոնյանի՝ կարևոր սոցիալական խնդիր է մեքենաների հաշվիչների ձեռքբերումը, որը արժե մոտ 50 հազ. դրամ: Նա հայտնեց, որ նախարարությունը փորձում է բանակցել հաշվիչ արտադրող ընկերությունների հետ, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի այդ գումարը միանվագ չվճարել: Մելքոնյանը նշեց, որ այսօր այն մարդը, ով ուզում է որպես անհատ տաքսի վարել, դժվարությամբ կարող է հաշվիչներին տալ այդքան գումար: Նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը եզրափակեց իր խոսքը՝ ասելով, որ իրենք հաշվի են առել բոլոր կողմերի՝ վարորդների, ուղևորների և այլ շահառուների ցանկությունները: Լևոն Փանոսյան
