Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթը ԲՀԿ համագումարին.
«Սիրելի գործընկերներ, ընկերներ
Այստեղ հավաքվել են մարդիկ, որոնց հետ միասին երկար ճանապարհ ենք անցել, տեսել ենք ուրախության, տխրության, հիասթափության, ցնծության պահեր: Ես միշտ աշխատել եմ ձեզ հետ լինել անկեղծ ու բաց: Եթե աշխատանքի ընթացքում ծագել են լարվածության, իրար չհասկանալու պահեր, ես միշտ աշխատել եմ արագ հարթել դրանք, որպեսզի չմնա որևէ նստվածք կամ հետին միտք: Մեզ միասին հաջողվեց ստեղծել թե՛ Հայաստանի ներսում, թե՛ Հայաստանից դուրս լուրջ կշիռ ունեցող, մեծ հեղինակություն վայելող կուսակցություն: Ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրն այդ գործում ունի իր ավանդը:
Այսօր եկել է այն պահը, երբ ես որոշում եմ կայացրել՝ այլևս չզբաղվել ակտիվ քաղաքականությամբ, վայր դնել կուսակցության նախագահի և խմբակցության ղեկավարի լիազորությունները: Սա չի եղել հեշտ որոշում, սա երկար մտորումների արդյունք է: Սա իմ անձնական որոշումն է, և ես ակնկալում եմ, որ դուք ըմբռնումով կմոտենաք:
Մեկ բան ուզում եմ անպայման շեշտել. Քաղաքականության մեջ գտնվելու տարիներին ես երբեք չեմ հետապնդել անձնական շահ: Չեմ օգտագործել ժողովրդի աջակցությունը անձնական նպատակներով:
Չեմ փոխանակել ժողովրդի հավատը պաշտոնների և այլ շահի հետ: Իմ թիմի և ժողովրդի մեջքի հետևում գործարքներ չեմ կնքել: Այս բոլոր տարիների ընթացքում ես հետապնդել եմ պարզ, մարդկային նպատակ՝ իմ ժողովրդի աչքերում տեսնել ժպիտ, և ոչ թե արցունքներ:
Ուզում եմ լինել ավելի՛ անկեղծ: Քաղաքական բոլոր հնարավոր ճանապարհներով ես փորձել եմ լուծումներ գտնել, պայքարել մեր ժողովրդին տանջող խնդիրների լուծման համար: Բայց ես միշտ դեմ եմ եղել մայդաններին, ու այստեղ նույնպես ես անկեղծ եմ: Ես չէի կարողանա ներել ինձ, եթե թափվեր անգամ մեկ անմեղ մարդու արյուն: Սա այն սահմանն է, որն իմ ուժերից վեր է: Ինձ ընդունեք այնպիսին, ինչպիսին ես կամ: Ես հեռանում եմ ակտիվ քաղաքականությունից: Ես այլևս կուսակցության նախագահ չեմ: Բայց ես շարունակելու եմ օգտակար լինել իմ երկրին և իմ ժողովրդին: Դա կարվի այլ ոլորտներում, այլ բնագավառներում: Ես կշարունակեմ կառուցել իմ երկրում եկեղեցիներ, դպրոցներ, մարզասրահներ, օգնել մշակույթի և գիտության մարդկանց: Բայց ես դա կանեմ որպես հայ, որպես Հայաստանի քաղաքացի, որպես Գագիկ Ծառուկյան:
Իմ խնդրանքն է Ձեզ՝ ինձ այլևս քաղաքական հարցերով չդիմել, ես չեմ խառնվելու ձեր որևէ որոշմանը: Ես որևէ կապ այլևս չունեմ ԲՀԿ-ի հետ: Դուք քիչ հետո կընտրեք նոր նախագահ, նոր ղեկավար մարմիններ, և կուսակցության ճակատագիրն այսուհետ ձեր ձեռքերում է: Սա իմ վերջնական որոշումն է:
Ես ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել իմ բոլոր թիմակիցներին, կառույցների ղեկավարներին, քաղխորհրդի անդամներին, մեր պատգամավորներին: Շնորհակալություն բոլոր շարքային բհկ-ականներին:
Ես շնորհակալություն եմ ուզում հայտնել մեր քաղաքական թիմի մի խումբ մարդկանց, ովքեր գիշեր-ցերեկ, առանց հանգստյան օրերի, առանց խուսափելու պատասխանատվությունից, մի կողմ էին դրել իրենց ընտանեկան և անձնական հոգսերը ու աշխատում էին հանուն մեր ընդհանուր գործի: Շնորհակալություն:
Իսկ հիմա ուզում եմ անդրադառնալ ընթացիկ հարցերին: Կան շատ թեկնածուներ, որոնք պատվով կարող էին ստանձնել կուսակցության նախագահի պաշտոնը: Ես առաջարկում եմ, որ այդ գործը վստահվի մեր գործընկեր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանին: Հաշվի առնելով նրա ժողովրդականությունը, նվիրումը թիմին: Մնացածը ձեր որոշելիքն է: Այսուհետ ամեն ինչ ձեր որոշելիքն է: Շնորհակալությո´ւն»:
