«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Նախօրեին «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի մոտ, կեսօրից փոքր-ինչ անց, դիմահար կրակոցներով սպանվել էին Երրորդ մասի Լյովիկը՝ Լեւոն Ղազարյանը, Դրաստամատ Թադեւոսյանը եւ Մեսրոպ Նազարյանցը: Մեր տեղեկություններով, ընկերները, որոնք բոլորն էլ նախկինում դատված են եղել, եկել էին «Նուբարաշեն» մեկուսարան՝ տեսակցելու այնտեղ պահվող Դավիթ Իսպիրյանին:
Կալանավայրերի վարչությունից հայտնեցին, որ վերջինս կալանավորվել է այս տարվա հունվարի 22-ին, նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել սպանության փորձի համար, սակայն ոչ հերքեցին, ոչ էլ հաստատեցին «գողականների» այցելության փաստը, հորդորելով տեղեկություն ստանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնից: Դեպքը, որի առնչությամբ ներկայում նախաքննություն է կատարվում եւ Իսպիրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, տեղի է ունեցել բավականին վաղուց՝ 2011 թվականին:
Ո՞ւմ նկատմամբ է կատարվել սպանության փորձը, եւ արդյոք Իսպիրյանը կապ ունի՞ սպանվածների հետ, այս հարցերին նրա փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը հետեւյալ պատասխանը տվեց. «Սպանվածը հանրահայտ դեմք չի, որ ասեմ, եւ դուք ճանաչեք:
Կարող եմ նշել միայն, որ այս գործը Լեւոն Ղազարյանի սպանության հետ կապ չունի: Մնացած հարցերին չեմ կարող պատասխանել առանց իմ պաշտպանյալի համաձայնության»: Ինչ վերաբերում է Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի եւ ընկերների պանության գործին, ապա քննությունն արդեն իսկ փոխանցվել է ԱԱԾ-ին: Երեք սպանվածները չեն հասցրել հանդիպել Իսպիրյանին. նրանց վրա հարձակվել են ՔԿՀ ավտոկայանատեղիում:
Ասում են՝ Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկը եղել է «Ջիպ» մեքենայով, իսկ նրան հետեւել է «07» մակնիշի մեքենա, որն ինչ-որ պահի վազանց է կատարել եւ դեպքի վայր հասել ավելի շուտ:
«Նուբարաշենում» տարածված խոսակցությունների համաձայն՝ սպանողները եղել են դիմակավորված, գործել են պրոֆեսիոնալ, արձակվել են երկար, կարճ եւ ստուգողական կրակոցներ: Զենքերը գցել են մոտակայքում: Ապա այնտեղ մշտապես կանգնող տաքսիստներից մեկին խնդրել են տեղափոխել իրենց, սակայն վերջինս հրաժարվել է դա անել, իսկ մյուսին զենքի սպառնալիքով ստիպել են իրենց տեղափոխել:
Ի դեպ, «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում կան տեսախցիկներ, որոնք, սակայն, հեռու են ավտոկայանատեղիի տարածքից, եւ պատկերները թերեւս աղոտ կլինեն: Կրակոցների առաջին պահից «Նուբարաշենում» կարծել են, թե բերդից մարդ է փախել: Ի դեպ, սպանվածներից Դրոն 35 տարեկան էր, նոր էր ամուսնացել, փոքր երեխա ուներ: Ավագ եղբայրը հետախուզման մեջ է, իսկ հայրը ժամանակին հայտնի ԱԻՄ-ական է եղել: Ինքը՝ Լյովիկը, հայտնի Պզոյի ազգականն է, եւ նա պատրաստվում էր մոտ ժամանակներս գալ Հայաստան՝ Օշականցու հետ Լյովիկին հաշտեցնելու առաքելությամբ»:
