Կովկասյան մանր կճղակավորները արդեն Արցախը հետ են "վերադարձնել",հիմա էլ ԵՐԱԶՈՒՄ են ՓՈԽՀԱՏՈՒՑՄԱՆ մասին...Ու երազում են շատ "ԼՈՒՐՋ"...Նույնիսկ վնասներն են հաշվարկել,թե իրենց իսկ հայերի ԴԵՄ սանձազերծած պատերազմում,որում և կրեցին խայտառակ ՊԱՐՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ, Բաքուն ի՛նչ նյութական կորուստնել է ունեցել...
Օրիանակ՝հայատյածության և պատմության կեղծելու ոլորտում միայն Ռ.Մեհտիևին զիջող Շելալե Հասանովան "հաշվարկել" է ԲՈԼՈՐ վնասները...Այս տկարամիտի կարծիքով հայերը պետք է փոխհատուցեն այն բոլոր սատկած ակ և կարա կոյունլուներին,որոնց ազերիները "շահիդ" են անվանում...Շալավա Հասանովան գտնում է,որ այդպիսիք Իլհամիստանում 13700 ընտանիք են...11 հազար հաշմանդամի ՀՀ-ն պետք է թոշակ վճարի,քանի որ հայերը ՀԱՆԴԳՆԵԼԵՆ և պաշտպանել են իրենց հայրենիքը...Սակայն ամենազավեշտալին նրանում է,որ ազեր-կոյունլուները ամենաՄԵԾ վնասները կրել են ՄՇԱԿՈՒՅԹԱՅԻՆ և ՊԱՏՄԱԿԱՆ կոփողների և օբյեկտների վնասի պատճառով...Շալավա Հասանովան այն գնահատել է ո՛չ ավել ո՛չ պակաս՝177 ՄԻԼԻԱՐԴ ԴՈԼԼԱՐ...Պարզվում է,որ "ադրբեջանցի" ազգը,որն այս տարվա մայիսի 27-ին տոնելու է իր ՍՏԵՂԾՄԱՆ 97 ամյակը ունի մշակույթ և պատմություն...
Մանր կճղակավորները սիրում են "սեփականաշնորհել" հայերի,աղվանների,լեզգիների,վրացիների,քրդերի և այլ տեղաբնակների պատմական ժառանգությունը...Ազերիների ՄԻԱԿ պատմական հուշարձանները՝ԳՈՄԵՐՆ են...Այս քոչվորները մինչև հիմա չեն ուզում ընդունել,որ իրենք ՉԵՆ կարող ունենալ պատմական հուշարձաններ..Իրենց լեզվում ՉԿԱ ՀԱՅՐԵՆԻՔ բառը...Նրանց համար ՀՅՐԵՆԻՔ է այն տեղը,որտեղ իրենք իրենց կենդանիներով ԱՐԱԾՈՒՄ են... Առանձին Շալալե-Շալավան հաշվել է,թե ինչքան վնաս են հասցրել հայերը ազերիների ԲՆՈՒԹՅԱՆԸ....Այն կազմում է 190 մլիարդ դոլլար...Ամենաքիչը "քոչվորուհին" գնահատել է նյութական վնասը.ընդամենը՝55.4 միլիարդ դոլլար...Իսկ ազերի իրավաբան Քյամիլ Սալիմովը ավելի "մեղմ" է գտնվել մեր հանդեպ...Նա համաձայն է "օկուպացված տարածքները" հետ վերադարձնելու և 200 միլիարդ դոլլարի դիմաց "ներել" հայերին...Իսկ "վնասներ հաշվող" MBA LTD-ի Նուսրեթ Իբրահիմովը հայերի հետ "կբարիշի" 190 միլիարդ դոլլարի դիմաց...
Սակայն Բաքուն չի հաշվել հայերին հասցված վնասի չափերը... Ըստ ազեր-կոյունլուների իրենք հայերին ՈՉ մի վնաս էլ չեն հասցրել...Պարզվում է,որ հայերը Սումգայիթի,Կիրովաբադի,Բաքվի և այլ քաղաքներում և շրջաններում ՋԱՐԴԵՐԻ մասին վաղօրոք տեղյակ են եղել և վաճառել կամ ՓՈԽԱՆԱԿԵԼ են իրենց ունեցվածքը...Աշխարհի ամենամեծ կեղծարարները թուրքերից հետո՝ ազերիները, ԲՈԼՈՐ փաստաթղթերը այդ գործարքների վերաբերյալ ՊԱՀԵԼ են,որ հիմա ներկայացնեն դատարան...Հարց է առաջանում...Եթե տեղյակ են եղել ու վաճառել կամ փոխանակել են իրենց տները, Ի՞ՆՉՈՒ էին մնում այդ քաղաքներում...Ո՞ր սպանդի ենթարկվեին...Ազերիների այս և շատ այլ ԴԵԲԻԼՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ չի կարելի մեկնաբանել առանց ծիծաղի...
Հ.Գ.Իսկ իրականությունը հետևյալն է...Հայաստանում ապրող 168 հազար ազերիների 98 % բնակվում էին գյուղերում...Իսկ Ադրբեջանում բնակվող( Արցախը չհաշված) 350 հազար հայերի(Արցախում՝150 հազար) 80% քաղաքաբնակ են եղել և բավական ՀԱՐՈՒՍՏ...Միայն Բաքվում ապրում էր մոտ 200 հազար հայ...Նրանց մեծ մասը մազապուրծ փախան քաղաքից 1990 թ.հունվարի 13-20-ը կազմակերպված ջարդերի հետևանքով...Միայն ԲԱՔՎՈՒՄ հայերը թողեցին 72 հազար բնակարան...Հայաստանը լքած 144 հազար ազեր-կոյունլուները շատ դեպքերում ՓՈԽԱՆԱԿԵՑԻՆ կամ ՎԱՃԱՌԵՑԻՆ իրենց "գեղի'' տները և ԽՍՀՄ իշխանությունների կողմից տրանսպորտ ստացան՝իրենց ունեցվածքը Սումգայիթ,Կիրովաբադ կամ Բաքու տեղափոխելու համար...Իսկ մնացած 24 հազարը փոխհատուցում ստացան ՀԽՍՀ իշխանությունների կողմից...1989-91 թթ. Երևանը Բաքու է փոխանցել 72 միլիոն ռուբլի(110 միլիոն դոլլար)...
Այս ամենից հետո ազերիները դեռ բարբաջում են փոխհատուցման մասին...
