Ես բազմիցս ասել եմ, որ եթե մի քաղաքական ուժ հանդես է գալիս որպես ընդդիմություն և իշխանափոխության կոչեր է անում, ուրեմն առնվազն պետք է թեկնածուներ, ծրագիր, տեսլական ունենա, հակառակ դեպքում դա պարզապես արկածախնդրություն է, ուրիշ ոչինչ:
Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում իշխանափոխություն տենչացող ուժերը երկու տեսակի են. նրանք, ովքեր չունեն թեկնածուներ և խելքին մոտ ծրագրեր, և նրանք, ովքեր ունեն, բայց այդ թեկնածուները, մեղմ ասած, այնքան անընդունելի են, որ նույնիսկ ներկա իշխանություններից դժգոհ շատերը կգերադասեն գործող իշխանություններին:
«Հինադիր խորհրդարանի» ղեկավար Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանն իր այսօրվա ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիսում կարող էր հանդես գալ և իր ղեկավարած կառույցը ներկայացներ գոնե որպես առաջին տեսակ, այսինքն՝ թեկնածու ու տեսլական չունեցող արկածախնդիրների խումբ: Բայց Սեֆիլյանը նախընտրեց ավելի վատ տարբերակը և ասաց, թե իրենք ծրագիր էլ ունեն, թեկնածուներ էլ ունեն: Ասաց՝ հավանաբար մտածելով, թե լավ բան է անում, նույնիսկ նշեց, որ անցումային կառավարության սկզմում պատկերացնում է 7 մարդ, և այդ մարդիկ իբրև թե քաղաքականապես չվարկաբեկված մարդիկ են, «մարդիկ, որոնք իրենց անցյալով ապացուցել են, որ պատրաստ են տալու, այլ ոչ թե վերցնելու»: Սեֆիլյանը անուններ չնշեց, բայց դժվար չէ կռահելը, թե ում մասին է խոսքը: Այս տարվա հունվարին տեղի ունեցած «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» նիստում ձևավորվել են իբրև թե 8 մշտական հանձնաժողովներ՝ իրենց նախագահներով: Հանձնաժողովների և դրանց նախագահների ցանկը կարող եք գտնել «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» կայքում: Ես ընդամենը կներկայացնեմ նրանցից մեկ-երկուսին. ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի և Սփյուռքի հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահն է Գարեգին Չուգասզյանը, իսկ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահը՝ Կարող Եղնուկյանը: Կարծում եմ, էլ շարունակելու կարիք չկա: Մոտավորապես պարզ է, թե ինչպիսի կառավարություն ենք մենք ունենալու Սեֆիլյանի տենչած իշխանափոխության դեպքում: Կունենանք պետություն, որտեղ ուժային կառույցները հավանաբար կվստահվեն Կարո Եղնուկյանին՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ նա ներքին գործերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահն է: Այլևս ոչ մի բառ...
Մնացած բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ Սեֆիլյանը, ես կասեի, խոսեց նույնը, ինչ խոսել էր առաջ, ոչ մի նոր բան չասաց: Կրկին դրսևորեց հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիրին բնորոշ երևակայություն, թե իբրև ժողովուրդը իրենց հետ է, և ժողովրդի կամքի պարտադրմամբ կհասնի իր ուզած փոփոխություններին, թե իբրև ռեժիմին անպայման կհեռացնի, բախումներ չեն լինի, և այլն, և այլն: Այս ամենից, իհարկե, անլրջության հոտ է գալիս:
Դե ինչ, ինչպես ասում են, ամեն մարդ ունի երազելու իրավունք, մենք էլ իրավունք չունենք մարդկանց արգելել երազել:
