Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամը կառավարության աջակցությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրի շրջանակներում փոխհատուցում է Տավուշի մարզի մի շարք համայնքներում բնակվող մոտ 140 ուսանողի տվյալ կիսամյակի ուսման վարձերը: Այդ ուսանողների ուսման վարձն այս ուսումնական տարվա 2-րդ կիսամյակում ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմել է 28 միլիոն դրամ:
Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամում մարտի 7-ին բոլոր ուսանողները ստացան իրենց ուսման վարձերի փոխհատուցման հավաստագրերը: Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հոգեբարձուների խորհրդի համակարգող, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարեն Ավագյանը նշեց, որ հիմնադրամն առաջին անգամ է իրականացնում ծրագիր, որի շրջանակներում փոխհատուցվում են սահմանամերձ համայնքներում բնակվող ուսանողների ուսման վարձերը: «Այս նախաձեռնությունը կյանքի է կոչվել բացառապես համայնքներից եկած առաջարկներով, ինչը հավանության է արժանացել կառավարության կողմից: Մենք տարվա ընթացքում սահմանամերձ համայնքներում բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր ենք ունենում, սակայն մասշտաբներով սա աննախադեպ է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՟ ասաց Ավագյանը:
Կարեն Ավագյանը վստահեցրեց, որ ծրագիրը շարունակական է լինելու և հետագայում ընդգրկելու ¿ նաև սահմանամերձ այլ համայնքներ ևս: «Մենք առանձնացրել ենք այն համայնքները, որտեղ այս պահին խնդիրներ կան, որոնք գտնվում են ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակի տակ: Եվ հատկանշական է, որ մենք փոխհատուցում ենք սահմանամերձ համայնքներում բնակվող ուսանողների ուսման վարձն ամբողջությամբ: Մենք ունենք այլ ծրագրեր, որոնցում որևէ ուսանողի համար որոշակի գումար է սահմանված, սակայն այս դեպքում մենք փոխհատուցում ենք ամբողջությամբ»,- նշեց նա:
Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամը, սկսած 2014թ. սեպտեմբերից, իր միջոցներով փոխհատուցում է նաև պետական բուհերի առկա ուսուցման համակարգի բակալավրիատում սովորող ուսանող-ծնողների ուսման վարձն' ամբողջ ուսումնառության ընթացքում:
