«Մենք՝ 100-ամյակի ուխտագնացներս, մեր հետևից պետք է տանենք հայությանը դեպի ապահով Հայաստան». սա նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած անավարտ ավտոերթի մասնակիցներից մեկի խոսքերն էին` երթը սկսելուց առաջ: Հասկացաք, որ խոսքս «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի»՝ դեպի Գյումրի կիսատ ավտոերթի մասին է, որը, ինչպես պարզվում է, «100-ամյակի ուխտագնացների» ավտոերթ էր:
Որքանով տեղյակ եմ՝ «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանն» այս տարի ապրիլի 24-ին՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակի օրը, հազարավոր տեսախցիկների առջև պատրաստվում է սկսել հեղափոխական գործընթաց: Որքան էլ պնդեն, որ դա խաղաղ գործընթաց է, այդ պնդումներին հավատալն անլուրջ եմ համարում, որովհետև 100-ամյակն իրականում վարկաբեկելու գաղափարը շատ-շատերի մոտ միայն զայրույթ է առաջացնում, և այդ օրը Երևանի փողոցներում գտնվող հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց ռեակցիան հնարավոր չէ կանխագուշակել և վերահսկել: Այսինքն, ինչպես ասացի, արդյունքում վարկաբեկվելու է 100-ամյակի միջոցառումը, այն վեր է ածվելու համաշխարհային սկանդալի, ինչը իմ բնորոշմամբ՝ սադրանք է, իսկ «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի բնորոշմամբ՝ «ուխտ», քանի որ իրենք իրենց «100-ամյակի ուխտագնաց» են համարում:
Բայց միայն «ուխտագնաց» հռչակվելով հարցը չի լուծվում, իրենք իրենց համարում են նաև «հայությանը դեպի ապահով Հայաստան» տանող: Այսինքն, եթե ես կամ մեկ ուրիշը չենք ուզում գնալ իրենց հետևից (իսկ ես համոզված եմ, որ հայության մեծամասնությունը չի ուզի գնալ իրենց հետևից), ուրեմն մենք այդ «հայությունից» չե՞նք: Միգուցե Սվազիլնեդի կամ Վանուատուի բնիկների՞ց ենք՝ Հայաստան արտագաղթած: Լավ, ընդունենք՝ մենք էլ «սվազիլենդցի» ենք, և հայության թիվը մի քանի տասնյակ անգամ կրճատվեց, բայց նրանք այդ եղած «հայությանը» ի՞նչ «ապահով Հայաստան» են տանելու: Ապահով Հայաստան, որտեղ ուժային կառույցները ղեկավարելու է Կարո Եղնուկյանը, իսկ Գարեգին Չուգասզյանն էլ Հրանուշ Հակոբյանի փոխարեն «Արի տուն» ծրագի՞րն է իրականացնելու, թե՞ Հայաստան, որի «ազգային հայեցակարգը» որոշելու է հայերեն երեք բառ իրար կապել չկարողացող կամ չցանկացող, մոլեռանդ արևմտամետ Իգոր Մուրադյանը: Այսպիսի անլուրջ մոտեցման արդյունքն էլ, իհարկե, կլինի կիսատ ավտոերթը:
Լավ, դա էլ մի կողմ, բայց ինչպե՞ս են տանելու «հայությանը» դեպի այդ «ապահով Հայաստան», երբ որ այդ մարդկանց նույնիսկ մինչև Գյումրի չհամարձակվեցին տանել՝ խուսափելով իբրև թե ինչ-որ սադրանքներից:
Մի քանի բառ էլ «սադրանքների» պահով. իհարկե, հիմնադիր խորհրդարանականները կարող են իրենց ավտոերթից դժգոհ և ընդդիմանալ պատրաստվող գյումրեցիների խմբին անվանել «գողականներ» կամ իշխանության վարձկաններ, վերագրել նրանց ինչ ծագում որ ուզում են, դա իրենց՝ կարծիք հայտնելու իրավունքն է, բայց մի՞թե ըստ նրանց տրամաբանության` համայն հայությունը պետք է իրենց պաշտի, և ոչ ոք չի կարող ինքնաբուխ, որպես քաղաքացի, իր նախաձեռնությամբ դեմ արտահայտվել իրենց գործողություններին և նույնիսկ դուրս գալ փողոց ակցիաներ անցկացնելու: Այսինքն, եթե ապրիլի 24-ին բազմաթիվ սովորական քաղաքացիներ արտահայտեն իրենց դժգոհությունն ու զայրույթը «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» գործողությունների նկատմամբ, նրանց է՞լ են պիտակավորելու «գողականներ» կամ նրանց է՞լ են անվանելու իշխանության պատվեր կատարողներ: Բա ու՞ր մնաց խոսքի, կարծիքների ազատությունը:
