Նախաքննական մարմինը Մոսկվայում պաշտոնական մեղադրանք է առաջադրել հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված փողերի լվացման և յուրացման մեջ կասկածվող գործարար Լևոն Հայրապետյանին, «Ազատությանը» փոխանցել է գործարարի օգնական Դավիթ Երանյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մոսկվայի Բասմանի դատարանը հուլիսի 17-ին բավարարել էր քննիչի միջնորդությունն ու Հայրապետյանին կալանավորելու որոշում կայացրել, ըստ որի հայազգի գործարարը կալանքի տակ կմնա մինչև սեպտեմբերի 15-ը։
«Իտառ-Տասս»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում դատարանը կալանք է կիրառել նաև ավելի քանի 300 միլիոն ռուբլի ընդհանուր արժողությամբ «Բաշնեֆտ»-ում ունեցած Հայրապետյանի բաժնետոմսերի վրա։ Գործարարը կտրականապես հերքում է իր մասնակցությսունը հանցավոր գործարքներին ու չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքները։
Հայրապետյանի փաստաբանը երկու օր առաջ Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանում բողոքարկել է կալանավորելու թույլտվություն տված Բասմանի շրջանի դատարանի որոշումը։
Հայրապետյանի կալանքի համար, ըստ ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների, հիմք են հանդիսացել մի շարք ծանր հանցագործությունների համար ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Բաշկիրիայի նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստևի ցուցմունքները։
Նախաքննական մարմինը կասկածներ ունի, որ Հայրապետյանը կարող է կապված լինել «Բաշնեֆտ»-ի բաժնետոմսերի անօրինական գործարքի հետ, որը հանգեցրել է սեփականատիրոջ փոփոխության։ «Բաշնեֆտ»-ի բաժնետոմսերի հսկիչ փաթեթը 2009-ից ԱՖԿ «Սիստեմա» ընկերությանն է պատկանում։ Քննչական մարմինը երեկ հարցաքննել է նաև «Սիստեմա»-ի սեփականատեր Վլադիմիր Եվտուշենկովին։
Ի դեպ, նախկին սենատորը 2007 թվականի հունվարին է ձերբակալվել։ Նրա նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը ավարտվել է տարի ու կես հետո։ Փաստորեն Իզմեստևը Հայրապետյանի մասին 6 տարի անց է հիշել։
Առողջական վատ վիճակով պայմանավորված գործարարն այժմ Матросская тишина մեկուսարանի երրորդ հարկում գտնվող բուժկետում է։ Միջնորդություն է արվել խափանման միջոց կալանքը տնային կալանքով փոխարինելու վերաբերյալ։ 65-ամյա գործարար առողջական խնդիրներ ունի։
Գործարարի ընկերները կալանավորման հարցում Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների պատվեր չեն տեսնում, կարծում են՝ կատարվածը ձեռնտու էր Ադրբեջանին։ Հայրապետյանին կալանավորվամ վերաբերյալ Ղարաբաղի պաշտոնյաները բավական խիստ արտահայտվեցին, հայաստանցիները դեռ լռում են։ Շառլ Ազնավուրը Ռուսաստանի իշխանություններին կոչ է արել Հայրապետյանի հանդեպ կիրառված խափանման միջոցը՝ հաշվի առնելով նրա առողջական վիճակը։
