Украинские военные заявили, что не могут полностью "оголять передовую" в Донбассе в рамках согласованного в Минске отвода вооружений, поскольку у них нет подтверждения об отводе техники со стороны ополченцев, заявил в понедельник на брифинге официальный представитель спецоперации силовиков Андрей Лысенко.
"Украинская сторона осуществила четыре этапа отведения тяжелого вооружения под надзором представителей ОБСЕ, мы ожидаем, что враждующая сторона также сделает подобный шаг, но мы пока не получили подтверждения, что враг также отвел тяжелое вооружение. Просто оголять передний край мы сейчас полностью не будем, и ждем, когда враг докажет то, что он действительно отвел вооружение", — сказал Лысенко.
В начале марта власти ДНР и ЛНР уже объявили об отводе тяжелых вооружений и передаче представителям ОБСЕ соответствующей информации.
В понедельник представитель самопровозглашенной Луганской народной республики на минских переговорах Владислав Дейнего заявил, что ЛНР не располагает информацией об отводе Киевом тяжелых вооружений в Донбассе, однако, согласно предусмотренному графику, отвод вооружений должен был уже закончиться. Замкомандующего штабом ополчения ДНР Эдуард Басурин заявлял, что силы ополчения обеспокоены скоплением техники украинских силовиков на южном направлении. Кроме того, в ДНР заявляли об опасениях, что под видом отвода тяжелых вооружений украинская сторона осуществляет их скрытую ротацию.
