Քաղաքական ինտրիգներ եւ իրարանցումներ, անհասկանալի հրաժարականներ եւ խորը հիասթափություններ. նման մթնոլորտ է այսօր տիրում հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական կյանքում:
Արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, որ այսօր ԲՀԿ Աբովյանի տարածքային կառույցը ստացել է Աբովյանի քաղաքային համայնքի թվով 26 ԲՀԿ անդամ ավագանիների դիմումները` կուսակցությունում իրենց գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու մասին: Orer.am-ը փորձեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լեռնիկ Ալեքսանյանից նախ ճշտել Գյումրիում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին եւ հետո տեղեկանալ, թե արդյո՞ք ԲՀԿ-ական նախկին ներկայացուցիչ, Գյումրու ներկայիս քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը ՀՀԿ-ի շարքերը ընդգրկվելու դիմում է ներկայացրել:
-Պարոն Ալեքսանյան, արդեն քանի օր է, ինչ թեժ քննարկման թեմա է դարձել Գյումրիում հնչած կրակոցների դեպքը, արդյո՞ք Ղուկասյան-Բալասանյան կլանների միջեւ հակամարտությունը սրվել է:
-Սկզբնական շրջանում Գյումրիում տրամադրություններ կային իշխանությունների դեմ, բայց հիմա անցել է որոշ ժամանակ, ամեն ինչ կարծես հանդարտվել է: Պետք չէ իշխանություններին ամեն անգամ խառնել վեճերի ու իրադարձությունների մեջ, մեղմ ասած, դա ճիշտ չէ: Ես չեմ կարող ասել, թե ինչի հետ է դա կապված: Կարծում եմ, որ այդ ամենն իրավապահ մարմինների գործն է, կճշտեն և կասեն: Նկատենք, որ Գյումրին շատ բարդ տարածք է, որովհետեւ գյումրեցիները յուրահատուկ հոգեբանություն ունեն: Քաղաքական, հանցագործ աշխարհի հետ կապված հակասություններ միշտ եղել են եւ կլինեն, սակայն այս ամենը ես չեմ կապում անձի հետ, որովհետեւ Բալասանյանը մարզպետի հետ փորձում է առաջացած խնդիրները հնարավորինս լուծել` բերելով նորմալ վիճակի: Քաղաքական, անձնական հողի վրա կլաններ, թիմեր, թե հակասություններ ասվածները միշտ էլ եղել են: Պետք է նկատեմ, որ այսօր վիճակն ավելի վատ չէ, քան առաջ: Ես միշտ կողմնակից եմ եղել, որ նման հարցերը ոչ թե վարչական լծակներով լուծվեն, այլ լուծվեն մարդկային հարաբերությունների հենքի վրա: Գյումրու դեպքը նպաստեց, որ հարաբերությունները սրվեն, բայց կարծում եմ` ժամանակի ընթացքում դրանք ավելի կմեղմանան եւ կավարտվեն:
-Խոսակցություններ են պտտվում, որ Սամվել Բալասանյանը ցանկանում է անդամագրվել ՀՀԿ-ին. արդյո՞ք ներկայացվել է նման դիմում:
-Ես ոչինչ չեմ բացառում, բայց պաշտոնապես նման դիմում չկա:
-Իսկ ինչպե՞ս կընդունեք ՀՀԿ-ականներով ԲՀԿ նախկին ներկայացուցչին:
-Թեկուզ տարբեր կուսակցություններում, բայց բոլոր դեպքերում նա կրթված մարդ է, քաղաքական եւ աշխատանքային մեծ փորձ ունի. չեմ կարող ասել թե ինչպես կզարգանա իրավիճակը: Բնականաբար, առաջին հերթին նա քաղաքապետ է, իսկ քաղաքապետն էլ քաղաքական պաշտոն է: Ես չեմ բացառում ու բացասական էլ չեմ ընդունի այդ քայլը, եթե նա, իհարկե, որոշի գալ ՀՀԿ: Անկեղծ ասած, դժվար է լինել Գյումրու քաղաքապետ, այն էլ ընդդիմադիր: Խնդիրն այստեղ իր պաշտոնն է, եթե նա լիներ պատգամավոր, ապա այդ հարցին ես այլ կերպ կնայեի:
-Քաղաքական մի ճամբարից մյուս ճամբար «թռչելն» ինչի՞ մասին է վկայում:
-Դա կապված է նրանից, թե քաղաքական որ աստիճանի վրա է նա գտնվում: Նա քաղաքապետ է եւ աշխատում է կառավարության հետ, բնական է, որ իշխանական թեւի հետ նրա հարաբերությունները պետք է լինեն նորմալ: Երբ նա ճամբար է փոխել, այդ ժամանակ նրանք ՀՀԿ-ի հետ կոալիցիայի մեջ են եղել:
