Հայաստանի զինված ուժերում ձեւավորվել է սպայական կազմի մի նոր սերունդ, որ ունի պրոֆեսիոնալ ռազմական կրթություն, բավականին ապաքաղաքական է եւ կենտրոնացած է սեփական պրոֆեսիոնալ պարտականությունները կատարելու գործի վրա:
Սպայական այդ նոր սերունդը գնալով դոմինանտ է դառնալու մեր զինված ուժերում, դառնալու է մեր բանակի ոգին ու ողնաշարը: Պրոֆեսիոնալ զինվորականների այդ սերունդը աներկբայորեն բարձրացնելու է մեր բանակի մարտունակությունը, այսպիսով նաեւ Հայաստանի անվտանգության մակարդակը:
Վերը շարադրված դրական գործընթացի համար կործանարար կլինի բանակային նոր սերնդի քաղաքականացումը: Եւ մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք նրանց ներքաղաքական չեզոքությունը ապահովելու համար, այնպես, ինչպես գրված է ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 8.2 հոդվածում.
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերն ապահովում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունը, պաշտպանությունը եւ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, նրա սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությունը։ Զինված ուժերը քաղաքական հարցերում պահպանում են չեզոքություն եւ գտնվում են քաղաքացիական վերահսկողության ներքո»
Բանակային էլիտայի նոր սերնդի քաղաքականացումը թույլ չտալու համար, կարծում եմ, ընդդիմությունը պետք է հրապարակայնորեն պարտավորվի իշխանափոխությունից հետո ամբողջական կամ մասնակի վետո դնել բարձրագույն սպայական կազմում կադրային փոփոխությունների վրա, կամ առաջարկի կադրային հարցերի լուծման այնպիսի մեխանիզմ, որ ընդունելի կլինի ԶՈւ նոր սպայական էլիտայի համար:
Սա մի մեխանիզմ է, որ իշխանություններին կզրկի ընդդիմությանը որպես թշնամի ներկայացնելու եւ սպայական կազմի շրջանում իշխանափոխության հեռանկարի նկատմամբ վախեր սերմանելու լծակից:
