«Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» ներկայացուցիչներն օրերս փորձել էին այցելել Գյումրի եւ իրականացնել «100-ամյակն առանց ռեժիմի» կարգախոսով ավտոերթ, որը սակայն այդպես էլ չկայացավ: Ինչպես հայտնում են ակցիայի մասնակիցները, հերթական անգամ իրենց նախագիծը չի իրականացել իշխանությունների պատճառով, իբր նրանք քրեական հեղինակությունների միջոցով փորձել են խափանել հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի ծրագրերը:
Թե արդյո՞ք իշխանությունները որեւէ կապ ունեն քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, եւ արդյո՞ք նման հրահանգ տրվել է, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լեռնիկ Ալեքսանյանից. «Այդ հայտարարություններն անհիմն են. նման հայտարարություններով մարդիկ փորձում են եւս մեկ անգամ վարկաբեկել իշխանություններին:
Քաղաքական որոշ ուժեր, որոնք ներկայումս ուշադրության կետրոնում չեն, փորձում են ինչ-որ ձեւով հասարակության մեջ եղած դժգոհ մասսային հավաքել եւ խաղալ նրանց զգացմունքների հետ, խաղալ նրանց հայրենասիրության, ազգասիրության հետ: Պետք է նշեմ, որ իր երկրի եւ պետականության մասին մտածող մարդն այս օրերին` Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակին ընդառաջ, երբեք նման քայլեր չի անի: Նրանք օգտագործում են ապրիլի 24-ը եւ քաղաքական շահ հետապնդում` ցեխ շպրտելով իշխանությունների վրա:
Իշխանություններին խառնել այս գործերին, մեղմ ասած, ճիշտ չէ: Իշխանություններին ձեռնտու չեն կրակոցները, գյումրեցիների դժգոհությանն արժանանալը, հանցագործ աշխարհի հետ իր անունը կապելը. նրանք ամեն ինչ անում են, որ նմանատիպ գործողությունները հնարավորինս քիչ լինեն: Ես չեմ կարող ասել, թե ինչի հետ է դա կապված: Կարծում եմ, որ այդ ամենն իրավապահ մարմինների գործն է»:
Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանությունից հետո, իշխանությունների նկատմամբ ի՞նչ տրամադրություններ են այժմ տիրում. «Գյումրիում սկզբնական շրջանում տրամադրվածություն կար իշխանությունների դեմ, սակայն երբ ժամանակ անցավ, մենք տեսանք, որ ե´ւ իշխանությունը, ե´ւ ռուսական կողմը գործում են, իսկ էմոցիան այս պարագայում խանգարում էր: Այսօր հասարակությունն ամեն ինչ ավելի լավ է ընկալում, քան այն ժամանակ: Ինչ վերաբերում է երթին, ապա պետք է հասկանանք, որ Գյումրին բարդ քաղաք է եւ այնտեղ ինչ-որ անիմաստ լարվածություն ստեղծել պետք չէ:
Հնարավոր է, որ գյումրեցիների մի մասը հետեւեն նրանց ու ենթարկվեն սադրանքներին, բայց դա շատ կարճ կտեւի: Գյումրու դեպքերից հետո նման ակցիա կազմակերպելը սխալ էր»:
