Գյումրիում ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 12-ին դաժանաբար սպանված Ավետիսյանների հարազատները, որոնք գործով տուժողների իրավահաջորդներն են, մարտի 10-ին ՀՀ հանրային խորհրդում հանդիպել են խորհրդի նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի և խորհրդի անդամ, ՀԽ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գրիգոր Բադիրյանի հետ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀԽ մամուլի ծառայությունից, Ավետիսյանների հարազատները Հանրային խորհրդում ներկայացրել են այսօր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման մանրամասները, բարձրացրել իրենց հուզող հարցերն ու մտահոգությունները:
Նշենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ, ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության պետ Վահագն Հարությունյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, որին մասնակցել են ոչ միայն տուժողների իրավահաջորդները, նրանց ներկայացուցիչները, քրեական գործով քննչական խմբի քննիչներն, այլև Հանրային խորհրդի անդամ, ՀԽ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գրիգոր Բադիրյանը, քննարկվել են նախաքննությանը վերաբերող հարցեր, պարզաբանումներ են տրվել տուժողների իրավահաջորդների, նրանց ներկայացուցիչներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին, նախաքննություն գաղտնիք չհանդիսացող տե ղեկություններ տրամադրվել քննության ընթացքի մասին։
Հանրային խորհրդում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ կարևորվել է գործի նախաքննության վերաբերյալ հանրությանը՝ մասնավորապես տուժողների իրավահաջորդներին ու նրանց ներկայացուցիչներին հնարավորինս լայն տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու հնարավորությունը:
Ավետիսյանների հարազատները նույնպես կարևորել են գործի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության մատչելիության անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նշելով, որ ցանկացած անպատասխան հարց նոր հարցադրումներ է առաջ բերում:
Հանրային խորհրդի նախագահն Ավետիսյանների հարազատներին առաջարկել է պարբերաբար հանդիպել և քննարկել առկա իրավիճակը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով հնարավորության սահմաններում օգտակար լինել, որպեսզի նրանց հուզող հարցերն ու մտահոգությունները հնարավորինս փարատվեն:
Մարտի 2-ին ՀԽ նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանը, խորհրդի անդամներ Գրիգոր Բադիրյանը, Կորյուն Առաքելյանն ու Ելենա Վարդանյանը Գյումրիում հանդիպել էին Ավետիսյանների հարազատների հետ, լսել նրանց մտահոգող հարցերը:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև' յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:
