Ժողովրդի շահերից չբխող նախագծերին հավանություն տալը հայրենի կառավարության համար վաղուց արդեն հարազատ գործելաոճ է դարձել, այսինքն՝ Հայաստանի Երրորդ Հանրապետության պատմության մեջ միշտ էլ այդպես է եղել:
Հիմա էլ ալյուրն են ֆոլաթթվով, ցինկով և A, B վիտամիններով հարստացնում՝ իբրև թե մեր առողջության մասին հոգալով, սակայն առանց հաշվի առնելու դրանից բխող այլ վտանգները. օրինակ՝ այդ հավելումների կիրառման արդյունքում քաղցկեղի հնարավոր աճը ազգաբնակչության շրջանում: Թողնենք մի կողմ այն հանգամանքը, որ նախագիծը մշակել և ներկայացրել է Unisef-ը, բայց չէ՞ որ հայրենի կառավարությունը ոչ միայն իր հավանությունն է տվել, այլ նաև պատրաստվում է այն կիրառել պարտադիր սկզբունքով: Պարտադրելն էլ է մեր կառավարության սիրելի զբաղմունքներից, հիշում եք չէ՞, որ կուտակայինի դեպքում էլ էին պարտադրում: Դե ինչպե՞ս կարելի է մոռանալ նրանց սխրագործությունները:
Թողնենք մի կողմ նաև այն, որ մեր իշխանություններին ժողովրդի կարծիքը հաճախ պարզապես չի էլ հետաքրքրում: Առավել հետաքրքիրն այն ձևերն են, որոնցով իշխանությունները դա արտահայտում են: Օրինակ` երեկ ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակի մոտ, երբ մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ իրենց արդարացի բողոքն էին արտահայտում վերը նշված հարցի շուրջ, հանկարծ, որտեղից որտեղ, հայտնվում է հայտնի ՀՀԿ տատիկը և «դոշ տված» սկսում պաշտպանել իշխանություններին, այն դեպքում, երբ մասնակիցներից ոչ մեկ չէր պահանջել ո՛չ նախագահի, ո՛չ վարչապետի, ո՛չ էլ որևէ այլ պաշտոնյայի հրաժարականը, այլ մարդիկ շատ ավելի արդիական և կարևոր հարց էին բարձրացրել, ինչը ներքին քաղաքականության հետ կապ էլ չուներ: Բայց տատիկին դա ամենաքիչն էր հետաքրքրում, քանի որ նա մոլեգնած փնովում էր աջ ու ձախ՝ փորձելով տեղը տեղին կատարել իր առաքելությունը՝ հարամել միջոցառումը:
Անձամբ ներկա լինելով և հետևելով այդ զավեշտալի տեսարանին՝ կարող եմ եզրակացնել հետևյալը. որպես կանոն, տատիկի նմաններն էժան ծաղրածուի դեր են կատարում, նրանք, բնականաբար, Facebook չեն մտնում և Facebook-ից չեն տեղեկանում ակցիաների մասին, այլ նրանց կոնկրետ ուղարկում են, ուղղորդում: Սա իշխանությունների՝ «մեսիջ» ուղարկելու յուրահատուկ ձև է. ուղարկելով «տատի» նմաններին որևէ միջոցառման՝ իշխանությունները արտահայտում են իրենց վերաբերմունքը: Ողբալի է, իհարկե, այն իշխանության վիճակը, որն իր մեսիջները ՀՀԿ տատիկի միջոցով է ուղարկում, որը նույնիսկ չունի համարձակություն՝ իր ներկայացուցիչներից որևէ մեկին ուղարկելու և դժգոհություն ունեցող քաղաքացիների հետ զրուցելու, բանակցելու համար, ուստի դիմում է խեղկատակներին բնորոշ հնարքների:
Հետո էլ որոշ իշխանավորներ զարմանում են, թե ինչու են մեր ընդդիմադիրները խեղկատակ: Հարգելիներս, նրանք էլ մի ժամանակ իշխանավոր են եղել և եղել են նույն խեղկատակը, դուք էլ մի օր դառնալու եք ընդդիմադիր և կրկին մնալու եք նույն խեղկատակը: Փտած համակարգի դեպքում այլ բան ակնկալելն ուղղակի անիմաստ է:
