2015 թվականի մարտի 7-ի երեկոյան Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մի քանիսի ինքնությունը։
Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը' տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ մարտի 10-ին որոշում է կայացվել՝ Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչներ Գրիգորյան եղբայրներին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին։
Ա.Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է երկու և ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու, իսկ Գ.Գրիգորյանը՝ ապօրինի ձեռք բերած և կրած հրազենի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու մեջ։
Նույն օրը նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում։ Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները միջոցներ են ձեռնարկում՝ հետախուզվող անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ Գյումրիի Մյասնիկյան փողոցում մարտի 7-ին տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի հետևանքով տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել 6 անձ։
Մարտի 8-ին Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ' երկու և ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ սպանության փորձի, զինված խուլիգանության, ապօրինի զենք-ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու համար' ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Մարտի 11-ին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղեկացվել է, որ նշված միջադեպի հետևանքով բաց, թափանցող, կոտորակային, օտար մարմին գանգի խոռոչում, գանգի ոսկրերի բազմաբեկորային կոտրվածքներ, ներգանգային հեմատոմաներ, ուղեղային հեմատոմաներ ախտորոշմամբ բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված Կնյազ Սմբատի Ղազարյանը մահացել է։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու, բոլոր մասնակիցների ինքնությունը, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
