Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է եվրոպական կրթական տարածքի ստանդարտներին:
Այս մասին մարտի 11-ին «Կրթության որակ և համապատասխանություն» երկրորդ վարկային ծրագրի կատարման ընթացքին և «Կրթության բարելավում» ծրագրի մեկնարկին նվիրված համաժողովում հայտարարեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Նախարար Աշոտյանն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ համաժողովում քննարկվելու են կրթության բարելավմանն ուղղված հարցերը:
«Մենք ձեզ հետ այս տարիների ընթացքում մեծ ճանապարհ անցանք: Ճանապարհ, որը լի էր դժվարոււթյուններով, խոչընդոտներով, քննադատությամբ: Պետք է փաստենք, որ այս տարիներին ՀՀ կրթության ոլոտում կրթական բարեփոխումներն իրականացվել են անշեղորեն: Իրականացվել են գուցե սխալներով, երբեմն տեղին քննադատության, մասնագիտական կարծիքի առկայության ներքո: Այդուհանդերձ, պետք է փաստեմ, որ այս տարիների կրթական բարեփոխումները ճիշտ ուղղությամբ են իրականացվել:
ՀՀ-ի կրթական համակարգն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է եվրոպական կրթական տարածքի ստանդարտներին: Մենք կարողացանք իրականացնել այս հսկայական աշխատանքն անկախ առկա խնդիրներից: Որևէ մեկը չէր խոստանում, որ ճանապարհը հեշտ է լինելու: Դժվար է Հայաստանի կրթական օրակարգում գտնել մեկ հարց, որտեղ բոլոր մասնագետները լինեին միակարծիք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Նախարարի խոսքով՝ կրթության բարելավմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներում այս տարիներին Հայաստանի կողքին է եղել հավատարիմ և վստահելի գործընկեր Համաշխարհային բանկը:
«Գործընկեր, որն օգնել է մեզ ներդնել կրթական և կառավարման մշակույթ՝ նոր գործիքների կիարառմամբ և լավագույն մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ: Նոր վարկային ծրագիրը շարունակելու է նախորդի հիմնական ուղղությունների իրականացումը Հայաստանում: Մենք շարունակելու ենք բարեփոխումներն ավագ դպրոցներում: Այսօր էլշրջում են տարբեր ասեկոսեներ, որ մենք հին համակարգին ենք վերադառնալու: Ուզում եմ շեշտել, որ Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի ոչ մի փոփոխություն հետդարձի ճանապարհ չունի:
Մենք գնում ենք ճիշտ ուղղությամբ և ճիշտ ճանապարհով, մարտահրավերները պետք է ունակ լինենք միասին հաղթահարել: Մենք շարունակելու ենք աշխատել դպրոցներում տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման ուղղությամբ: Կարևոր քայլերից է նաև նախակրթարանների հիմնման ծրագիրը, որի շնորհիվ շատ երեխաներ հնարավորություն ստացան գնալ նախակրթարան: Այս ծրագիրը շարունակվելու է: Այլ ուղղությունների մասին լրացուցիչ քննարկումներ կլինեն»,-հավելեց նախարարը:
Համաշխարհային բանկի Երևանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Լորա Բեյլին իր խոսքում ընդգծեց, որ շատ հայկական ընտանիքներ են կարևորում կրթությունը և հավելեց, որ իրենց անցած ճանապարհը հեշտ չէր:
ՀՀ-ում կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին շարունակական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով Հայաստանի կառավարոթյունը համաձայնագիր է կնքել Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ' իրականացնելու «Կրթության բարելավում» ծրագիրը, որը հետապնդում է երկու նպատակ՝ հանրակրթության հետագա բարելավում և մասնագիտական կրթության ուղղությամբ նորարարությոնների խթանում: Կրթության բարելավման ծրագրի տևողությունը 5 տարի է: Ընդհանուր արժեքը 37,5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար է, որից 30 միլիոնը տրամադրում է Համաշխարհային բանկը, իսկ մնացածը՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը:
