Հրազդանի պետական բժշկական քոլեջի տնօրեն Ռուզաննա Մանուկյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 200-րդ հոդվածի չորրորդ մասի հատկանիշներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' այս մասին հայտնում է դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգը:
«Տեսական գիտելիքների ստուգում» ավարտական պետական քննությանը դրական գնահատականներ նշանակելու համար Քույրական գործ № 401 ավարտական խմբի 24 ուսանողների դասղեկ Աննա Սաֆարյանի միջոցով 2013 թվականի մայիսի վերջից մինչև հունիսի սկիզբ ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հավաքվել է 3000-ական դրամ, և հավաքված ընդհանուր գումարը՝ 72000 դրամը, Աննա Սաֆարյանը փոխանցել է փոխտնօրեն Հասմիկ Մանուկյանին, ով իր հերթին տվել է Ռուզաննա Մանուկյանին:
«Տեսական գիտելիքների ստուգում» ավարտական պետական քննության հաջորդ օրը՝ 2013 թվականի հունիսի 11-ին, Ռուզաննա Մանուկյանի ցուցումով փոխտնօրեն Հասմիկ Մանուկյանը վերը նշված խմբի ուսանողներին հայտարարել է, որ խումբը քննությունը հանձնել է անբավարար, և անհրաժեշտ է այն վերահանձնել, որի ընթացքում բավարար գնահատականներ ստանալու համար յուրաքանչյուր ուսանող պետք է տա ևս 3000 ՀՀ դրամ:
Դրանից հետո Քույրական գործ № 401 ավարտական խմբի 24 ուսանողից յուրաքանչյուրից Աննա Սաֆարյանի կողմից հավաքվել է պահանջված գումարը, և 72000 ՀՀ դրամ փոխանցել է Հասմիկ Մանուկյանին, ով այդ գումարը 2013 թվականի հունիսի 17-ին ամբողջությամբ տվել է Ռուզաննա Մանուկյանին, ում մոտից էլ գումարը հայտնաբերել են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները՝ կաշառք տալու նմանակում օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառման ժամանակ:
Բացի այդ' Ռուզաննա Մանուկյանը պահանջել է 3000-ական ՀՀ դրամ հավաքել նաև «Մանկաբարձական գործ» ավարտական խմբի բոլոր 19 ուսանողներից, այսինքն' 57000 ՀՀ դրամ, սակայն կաշառք տալու նմանակում օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումից հետո դեռևս ոչ ամբողջությամբ հավաքված գումարները վերադարձվել են ուսանողներին:
Այսպիսով' Ռուզաննա Մանուկյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինաբար 201.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար շորթմամբ պահանջելու և ստանալու մեջ:
