«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Մարտի 7-ին Գյումրի քաղաքի սպանված բնակիչներ Սամվել Հակոբյանի` Մոստիկի և Քրիստ Վարդանյանի գործերը կքննվեն մեկ վարույթում: «Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ տղաները սպանվելուց ժամեր առաջ միասին են եղել և սպանվել են նույն ժամանակահատվածում, տարբեր տեղերում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 7-ին Երևան-Գյումրի-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի 138-րդ կմ-ի հատվածում՝ Փոքրաշեն գյուղի վարչական տարածքում՝ ձորում, հայտնաբերվել էր Քրիստ Վարդանյանի դիակը: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նրան նախ սպանել էին, ապա՝ դրել իր մեքենայի մեջ ու գլորել ձորը: Նշել էինք, որ Քրիստը նախկինում 5 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման է դատապարտված եղել սպանության փորձ կատարալու համար և կալանավայրից դուրս էր եկել 2013 թվականին:
Այս առեղծվածային սպանության հաջորդ օրը՝ մարտի 8-ի ուշ երեկոյան, Շիրակի մարզի Փոքրաշեն գյուղի ձորակում հայտնաբերվել էր Սամվել Հակոբյանի դին, որը Գյումրիի քրեական շրջանում առավել հայտնի է Մոստիկ մականվամբ: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը գրել էր, որ Մոստիկն ու Քրիստ Վարդանյանը մտերիմ ընկերներ են եղել:
Եվ այսպես՝ «Ժողովուրդ»-ին երկու ընկերների առեղծվածային սպանությունից որոշ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով՝ Սամվել Հակոբյանն ու Քրիստ Վարդանյանը մարտի 7-ին եղել են միասին: Սամվել Հակոբյանը` Մոստիկը, դեպքի օրը գնացել է Քրիստ Վարդանյանի տուն, վերջիններս նստել, երկար զրուցել են և ունեցել են լավ տրամադրություն: Երեկոյան՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, Մոստիկը հաջողություն է ասել ընկերոջը և գնացել է նրանց տանից: Ավելի ուշ՝ երեկոյան ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, Քրիստ Վարդանյանն է տանից դուրս եկել: Վերջինիս ընտանիքի անդամները՝ տեսնելով, որ Քրիստն ուշանում է, ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում զանգահարել են նրան: Վերջինս, պատասխանելով հեռախոսազանգին, ասել է, թե շուտով կգա, սակայն այդպես էլ չի եկել: Ընտանիքի անդամները երկրորդ անգամ են զանգահարել Քրիստ Վարդանյանի բջջային հեռախոսին, բայց այս անգամ նա հեռախոսազանգին չի պատասխանել: Անհանգստացած հարազատները զանգահարել են Սամվել Հակոբյանին` Մոստիկին, որպեսզի հասկանան, թե արդյո՞ք նա տեղյակ է, որտեղ կարող է լինել Քրիստը: Սակայն Մոստիկի հեռախոսն էլ է անջատված եղել: Ավելի ուշ տղաներին տարբեր վայրերում գտել են սպանված վիճակում: Ի դեպ, Սամվել Հակոբյանին սպանել են բութ գործիքով, իսկ Քրիստ Վարդանյանին՝ հրազենով:
Ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների՝ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքներով Քրիստ Վարդանյանին և Սամվել Հակոբյանին սպանել են նույն ժամանակահատվածում: Ի դեպ, ըստ Գյումրիում շրջանառվող լուրերի՝ Քրիստ Վարդանյանի մայրիկին անգամ չեն էլ հայտնել, որ իր որդուն սպանել են: Ասել են, թե վերջինս մահացել է ավտովթարից:
