«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ի՞նչ էին անում «Նուբարաշեն» բերդի պատերի տակ մարտի 4-ին սպանված Լևոն Ղազարյանը և նրա ընկերները` Դրաստամատ Թադևոսյանն ու Մեսրոպ Նազարյանցը: Այս հարցին ոչ կալանավայրերի ղեկավարությունն է պատասխանում, ոչ էլ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը: Ոչ պաշտոնական, բայց հավաստի վարկածի համաձայն, ընկերները եկել էին մեկուսարան՝ տեսակցելու սպանության փորձի համար մեղադրվող Դավիթ Իսպիրյանին, որը երկար ժամանակ հետախուզման մեջ է եղել և կալանավորվել է այս տարվա հունվարին: Երևանյան քրեական քրոնիկոնի այս դրվագը բավականին ուշագրավ է:
Դավիթ Իսպիրյանը հանցագործ աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչ էր, արաբկիրցի Վլադի որդին, որին պատկանում էր «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգում գտնվող «Իսպիրնոց» անունով խորտկարանը: Դավիթ Իսպիրյանը համարվում էր Արաբկիրի նախկին թաղապետի` Էդուարդ Մուշեղյանի մարդկանցից, որն էլ իր հերթին Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի մտերիմն էր: Մուշեղյանը հեռացվեց թաղապետի պաշտոնից Տարոն Մարգարյանի օրոք: Կյաժ Էդոյի պաշտոնին Տարոն Մարգարյանն էլ իր մտերիմ ընկերոջը նշանակեց` Արաբկիրի թաղապետի տեղակալ Հրայր Անտոնյանին: Բայց 2011 թվականի ամռանը քաղաքապետը դեռ Կարեն Կարապետյանն էր, Կյաժ Էդոն դեռ մեծ ազդեցություն ուներ, և նրա մարդիկ քաղաքում պտտվում էին, ինչպես կամենային: Հենց այսպիսի պտույտներից մեկի ժամանակ էլ Դավիթ Իսպիրյանը, հարբած վիճակում, հանցագործություն է կատարում: Հրազենից 8 կրակոցներ է արձակում նախկին ազատամարտիկ, «Ավանգարդ» տաքսի ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Ղալումյանի ուղղությամբ, ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելով նրան: Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2011 թվականի հունիսի 24-ին, Կիևյանի վրա, ուշ գիշերով: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Դավիթ Իսպիրյանն իր «Մերսեդեսով», որի մեջ եղել է նաև նրա ընկերը՝ Միքայել Բարսեղյանը, Օրբելի փողոցում հետևից բախվել է «Սայպա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային:
Հարբած «խարոշիները» վիճաբանել են «Սայպայի» վարորդի հետ, որը հեռացել է դեպքի վայրից, բայց Դավիթ Իսպիրյանն իր մեքենայով հետևել է նրան, հայհոյել և ծեծի ենթարկել: Փորձելով փախչել, վարորդը մտել է տաքսի ծառայության գրասենյակ, որի տնօրենը դուրս է եկել և սաստել Դավիթին: Վերջինս էլ սկսել է կրակոցներ արձակել ազատամարտիկի վրա: Դեպքից անմիջապես հետո լուրեր տարածվեցին, որ կրակողը Կյաժ Էդոյի շրջապատից է եղել: Բայց շուտով Միքայել Բարսեղյանը դատվեց խուլիգանության համար, իսկ Արթուր Իսպիրյանին մեղադրեցին ՀՀ քրօր. 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (սպանություն), 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք կրելը) և 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի (խուլիգանություն, որը զուգորդվել է անձի առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելով) հատկանիշներով, սակայն չդատեցին:
