Մինչ օրս թեժ քննարկման թեմա է այն հարցը, թե արդյո՞ք ԲՀԿ-ն իր շարքերը լքողների ֆոնին կկարողանա հավաքել իր ողջ ուժերը եւ, այնուամենայնիվ, «վերակենդանանալ»: ԲՀԿ-ի «վերակենդանացման» կամ հավերժ կործանման մասին, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց «Քրիստոնեա-ժողովրդական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության նախագահ Սոս Գիմիշյան հետ:
-ԲՀԿ-ի մասին կարող եմ ասել, որ կար Ծառուկյան, կար նաեւ ԲՀԿ, նա չկա, ըստ էության, ԲՀԿ-ն նույնպես չկա: Ինչ էլ անեն, ինչ կերպ էլ վերաձեւափոխեն, միեւնույն է` չի ստացվի: Հետաքրքիր է, երբ մարդիկ մեկ գիշերվա մեջ դառնում են ընդդիմություն: Պետք է նշեմ, որ ընդդիմություն լինելը հայտարարելով չէ, քանի որ ե՛ւ Բաղդասարյանը, ե՛ւ Գեղամյանն ընդդիմություն են եղել, հիմա «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանն» է փորձում այս եզրի վրա խաղալ: Անկեղծ ասած` իրենց գործն է, ինչ կուզեն, այն էլ կհայտարարեն, կարեւորն այն է, որ ժողովուրդը վստահի իրենց, իսկ վստահության իմաստով, կարծում եմ` նրանք նույն բախտին կարժանանան, ինչ բախտի որ արժանացան Արթուր Բաղդասարյանն ու Արտաշես Գեղամյանը:
-Ըստ Ձեզ` Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը չի՞ կարողանա իր շուրջ հավաքել մարդկանց` դառնալով իրական ընդդիմություն:
-Ո՛չ, Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ոչ քաղաքական այն դեմքն է, ով կկարողանա իրական ընդդիմություն ստեղծել, ոչ էլ նա այդ գաղափարախոսության կրողն է: Զոհրաբյանը` որպես քաղաքական դեմք, շատ չի տարբերվում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից: Ո՛չ Ծառուկյանն էր քաղաքական դեմք, ո՛չ էլ Զոհրաբյանն է քաղաքական դեմք: Ինչպես ողջ ազգս է զբաղվում քաղաքականությամբ, այնպես էլ նրանք են այդ գործին, բայց նա այդ մասշտաբի եւ ունակությունների տերը չէ, որ կարողանա լուրջ բաների հասնել: Նորից կկրկնեմ` Զոհրաբյանն այն դեմքը չէ, որ կարողանա մարդկանց հավաքել ու իրական ընդդիմություն ստեղծել: Նկատենք, որ ԲՀԿ-ի հիմնական հենքը ֆինանսական ռեսուրսն ու ադմինիստրատիվ կողմն էր, սակայն երբ այդ ամենից զրկվեց, իհարկե, անհնարին կլինի ինչ-որ լուրջ բաների հասնել: Եթե նրանց հետեւում կանգնեն մարդիկ ու լինեն նոր ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ, այդ ժամանակ գուցե ինչ-որ բան փոխվի, բայց դա կլինի ո՛չ երկարաժամկետ եւ ո՛չ էլ լուրջ:
-Ողջ մամուլը ողողված է այն տեղեկությունով, որ այսուհետ ԲՀԿ-ն ֆինանսավորելու է ՀՀ վարչապետը. ինչպե՞ս եք Դուք պատկերացնում այն ընդդիմադիր ուժի քայլերը, որը պետք է սնվի իշխանություններից:
-Պետք է նշեմ, որ վարչապետն էլ քաղաքական դեմք չէ, նա քաղաքականության հետ որեւէ կապ չունի: Հնարավոր է գումարով եւ վարչական ռեսուրսով ինչ-ինչ բաների հասնել, բայց դառնալ ժողովրդի կողմից վստահելի եւ վստահություն կրող քաղաքական ուժ, որի վրա հնարավոր կլինի հույս դնել` բացառվում է: Կապ չունի` վարչապետ կլինի, թե նախարար: Այսօրվա դրությամբ նրանք բոլորն էլ երկիրը կեղեքողներ են. ինչպե՞ս կարող է ժողովուրդը նրաց հետ հույս կապել, եթե նույնիսկ կապի էլ, ապա կարճ ժամանակով, որը լուրջ էֆեկտ չի տա: Ասեմ Ձեզ, խաբել կարելի է, խաբելու համար մեծ արվեստի տիրապետել պետք չէ, բայց ասում են` ժամկետը 40 օր է:
