ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում շարունակվում է 2015 թվականի մարտի 7-ի երեկոյան Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, որի շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել է երկու անձ, ևս երեքի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել հետախուզում։
Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը' տեղեկացնում ենք, որ մարտի 7-ին՝ ժամը 22։30-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրիի Մյասնիկյան փողոցում մի խումբ անձանց հետ բռնությամբ զուգորդված խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչներ Հովհաննես Տոնոյանը և Համլետ Գևորգյանը։
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ մարտի 11-ին որոշում է կայացվել բռնության գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու համար Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ Փայլակ Առաքելյանին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 10-ին որոշում է կայացվել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչներ Գրիգորյան եղբայրներին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին։
Ա.Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է երկու և ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու, իսկ Գ.Գրիգորյանը՝ ապօրինի ձեռք բերած և կրած հրազենի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու մեջ։
Նույն օրը՝ մարտի 10-ին, նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում։ Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները միջոցներ են ձեռնարկում՝ հետախուզվող անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու, բոլոր մասնակիցների ինքնությունը, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
