Մարտի 12-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում ամփոփվել են ռազմաբժշկական ծառայության 2014թ. ուսումնական տարվա գործունեության արդյունքները:
Ամփոփմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Էնրիկո Ապրիամովը, ԶՈւ ռազմաբժշկական վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Կամավոր Խաչատրյանը, «Ռազմական բժիշկների հայկական ասոցացիայի» նախագահ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը, հոսպիտալների և զորամասերի բուժծառայությունների պետեր, ռազմական բժիշկներ:
Հաշվետու հավաքի շրջանակներում անցած ուսումնական տարվա, ինչպես նաև 2015 թվականի առաջին ամիսների ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքների, հիվանդացությունների և դրանց քանակական համեմատականի մասին զեկույցներով հանդես եկան բուժծառայության օղակի մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ և պատասխանատուներ: Նշվեց, որ 2014-ին էական հաջողություններ են գրանցվել առանձին հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման և դրանց բուժական գործընթացի արդյունավետ կազմակերպման ու իրականացման ուղղությամբ: Ներկայացվեցին 2014 թվականին զինված ուժերի անձնակազմի հիվանդացության և հոսպիտալացման հիմնական ցուցանիշները, համեմատական անցկացվեց 2013 և 2014 թվականների ցուցանիշների միջև: Անդրադարձ եղավ նաև «Ռազմական բժիշկների հայկական ասոցացիայի» գործունեությանն ու հաշվետու տարում գրանցված հաջողություններին:
Իր զեկույցում ՀՀ ԶՈւ ռազմաբժշկական վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Կամավոր Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձավ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում տեղ գտած թերություններին և բացթողումներին, շեշտեց, որ բուժծառայության օղակում ներգրավված յուրաքանչյուր զինծառայողի պարտքն է ամենօրյա սրտացավ ծառայությամբ նպաստել ազգային բանակում հիվանդությունների թվի շարունակական կրճատմանն ու կանխարգելմանը: Ընդգծվեց ՊՆ ենթակա առանձին բուժհաստատությունների տեխնիկական հագեցվածության բարձր մակարդակը. հաշվետու տարվա ընթացքում թե զինվորական հոսպիտալները, թե զորամասային բուժկետերը համալրվել են անհրաժեշտ արդիական սարքավորումներով: Ռազմաբժշկական վարչությունը համալրվել է նաև ժամանակակից և անհրաժեշտ բոլոր բուժսարքավորումներով հագեցած ռեանիմացիոն ավտոմեքենայով: Իրականացված աշխատանքն ինքնանպատակ չէ և նպատակաուղղված է ծառայելու հայ զինվորի ու սպայի համապարփակ բուժհետազոտության ապահովմանն ու բուժման պայմանների բարելավմանը:
Ամփոփելով ռազմաբժշկական վարչության կողմից 2014թ. ուսումնական տարվա և 2015 թվականի առաջին ամիսների ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքները` պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը ընդհանուր առմամբ բարձր գնահատեց դրանց կատարողականը` նշելով, որ որոշ հիվանդությունների հետ կապված թվային ցուցանիշների էական բարելավումը ինքնին վկայում է իրականացված բարեխիղճ աշխատանքի մասին: Կարևորելով ռազմական բժիշկների դերը զինված ուժում` պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նկատեց, որ արձանագրված գոհացուցիչ ցուցանիշները պայմանավորված են նաև իրականացված կադրային փոփոխություններով, կայազորային հոսպիտալներում և զորամասային օղակներում ներգրավված բուժծառայողների ֆունկցիոնալ պարտկանությունների պատշաճ իրականացմամբ:
