Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացի շրջանակներում նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանդիպումները քաղաքական ուժերի հետ ընդդիմամոլական շրջանակներում բավականին էմոցիոնալ արձագանք ստացան, իսկ նման դեպքերում, երբ հույզերը չափից դուրս շատ են, սովորաբար դա լինում է բանականության նվազման հաշվին, քանի որ ամբողջությամբ սթափ դատելը թույլ չի տա հույզերին այդքան գլուխ բարձրացնել:
Իսկ ի՞նչ է ասում այս դեպքում սթափ դատողությունը. ասածը շատ պարզ է՝ երկրում նոր գործընթաց է մեկնարկում և բավականին կարևոր գործընթաց, քանի որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներ ամեն օր չէ, որ լինում են: Երկիրն ունի նախագահ՝ ոմանց համար ընդունելի, ոմանց համար՝ ոչ, բայց ունի: Երկիրն ունի նաև կուսակցություններ՝ իշխանական, ոչ իշխանական, ընդդիմադիր, կիսաընդդիմադիր, արևմտամետ, արևելամետ, հարավամետ, հյուսիսամետ և այլն: Սրանք էլ կարող են լինել ոմանց համար՝ ընդունելի, ոմանց համար էլ՝ ոչ ընդունելի: Բայց անկախ ամեն ինչից՝ նրանք դե յուրե կան:
Հետևաբար, եթե կա նախագահ և կան քաղաքական ուժեր, նման լուրջ գործընթացի շրջանակներում նրանք պետք է հանդիպեն, քանի որ կարգն է այդպես: Սա հասկանալու համար բարձրագույն կրթություն ունենալու կարիք չկա, և թե՛ նախագահին, թե՛ ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներին քննադատելուց առաջ ընդամենը մի փոքր պետք է մտածել ու վերջ: Ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններն այս դեպքում շարժվեցին ըստ կարգի, այլ ոչ թե «ծախվեցին» կամ դարձան «կերակրատաշտից» սնվողներ: Չէ, ես, իհարկե, չեմ ասում, թե նրանցից ոչ ոք ընդունակ չէ «ծախվելու» կամ «կերակրատաշտից» սնվելու: Գիտենք, որ ընդունակ են և հարկ եղած ժամանակ լավ էլ անում են դա, բայց այս դեպքն այդ դեպքը չէ:
Այնպես որ, ես չեմ քննադատում ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններին՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպելու համա, այդ քայլի համար չեմ պատրաստվում մեղադրել նրանց սկզբունքներ դավաճանելու մեջ, թեկուզ միայն այն պատճառով, որ իմ կարծիքով, նրանք սկզբունքներ չեն էլ ունեցել: Չունեցած բանը ինչպե՞ս կարելի է դավաճանել:
Եթե կարգն այդպիսին չլիներ, ապա այս հանդիպումների համար կքննադատեի միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանին այն բանի համար, որ ընդամենը դե յուրե գոյություն ունեցող, բայց դե ֆակտո քաղաքական դիակի կարգավիճակում գտնվող որոշ ուժերի այնքան կարևորություն է տալիս, որ նրանց հետ նման լուրջ հարցեր է քննարկում: Բայց դե կարգն է այդպես, ի՞նչ արած:
