Ինչպես տեղեկացրել էինք, սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացի շրջանակներում Սերժ Սարգսյանը երեկ հանդիպում է ունեցել ՄԱԿ, ԲՀԿ, ՕԵԿ, ՀՀՇ, «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ», «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
ԱԺ Ժառանգություն խմբակցության պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը նախագահի հետ «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումից հետո իր տված հարցազրույցում նշել է, որ հանդիպումից մեկ օր առաջ «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունում եղել է խորհրդակցություն, որտեղ բոլորն այդ հրավերին դեմ են արտահայտվել, Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը և Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը նույնպես ներկա են եղել այդ քննարկմանը: Իսկ թե ինչու են Փոստանջյանի կողմից մատնանշված անձինք, այնուամենայնիվ, որոշել չմերժել նախագահի հրավերը, պատգամավորը մեկնաբանել է հետեւյալ կերպ.«Հավանաբար, գնացել են որպես Բաղրամյան 26-ի հաճախորդներ: «Ժառանգության» հետ այս մասնակցությունը որևէ կապ չունի»:
Հասկանալու համար, թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի եւ Ռուբեն Հակոբյանի նախագահական այցելելը, եւ իրականում ի՞նչ հարցեր են քննարկվել, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի հետ.
-Երեկ ՀՀ նախագահի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ մենք ներկայացրել ենք այն առաջարկությունները, որոնց ընդունման դեպքում «Ժառանգությունը» կմասնակցի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների բովանդակային քննարկումներին:
-Նախագահն ինչպե՞ս արձագանքեց Ձեր կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկներին:
-Պետք է նշեմ, որ բավական բուռն քննարկում ծավալվեց. իրենք իրենց մոտեցումները նշեցին, իսկ մենք մեր փաստարկները: Հիմա մենք այն փուլում ենք, որ պետք է սպասենք իշխանությունների պատասխանին:
-Նախագահն ավելի շատ Ձեր ո՞ր դիտարկմանը հակադրվեց:
-Չեմ կարծում, որ այս պարագայում կոնկրետությունները քննարկելը ճիշտ է:
-Հանդիպման ժամանակ ներքաղաքական հարցեր չե՞ն քննարկվել:
-Բացառապես, որեւէ այլ քննարկում չի եղել: Պետք է նշեմ, որ մեր կողմից ներկայացված հարցերը ոչ միայն առաջարկներ են, որոնք պետք է ընդունվեն ՀՀ սահմանադրության մեջ, այլ սրանք հարցեր են, որոնք մենք ոչ սահմանադրական ենք համարում: Գիտեք, որ իշխանության կողմից խորը անվստահություն կա, իսկ այդ առաջարկներն առաջին հերթին այդ անվստահությունը մերժելու համար են արված, երկրորդ մենք պետք է տեսնենք, որ իշխանությունն ունի իրական կամք, որպեսզի Սահմանադրությունում արմատական բարեփոխումներ անի:
-Պարոն Մարտիրոսյան, եթե Ձեր կուսակցությունում ՀՀ նախագահի հրավերի հետ կապված քննարկում է եղել եւ բոլորը դեմ են արտահայտվել այդ հանդիպմանն, ապա ինչո՞ւ Դուք որոշեցիք հակառակ գնալ քաղաքական Ձեր կառույցի որոշմանը:
-Մենք այս հարցը կքննարկենք վարչությունում, ես չեմ ցանկանում Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի ասածների կամ վիրավորանքների վերաբերյալ ինչ-որ հրապարակային քննարկում ծավալել, գոյություն ունի կուսակցական կարգապահություն, որի շրջանակներում մենք այդ հարցը կքննարկենք:
-Այսինքն` Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի կարգապահության վերաբերյալ Ձեր կուսակցությունում հարց եք բարձրացնելու, այո՞:
-Ո՛չ, մենք ողջ իրավիճակի հետ կապված ենք հարցեր քննարկելու:
-Ինչպե՞ս եք մի անձի հետ քննարկելու հարցեր, ով Ձեզ Բաղրամյան 26-ի «հաճախորդ» համարեց:
-Ես նրա կողմից հնչեցրած վիրավորանքներին էլ չեմ պատասխանելու:
-Ներանձնական խնդիրնե՞րն են նման պոռթկումների պատճառ դարձել:
-Ես ոչ մեկի հետ խնդիր չունեմ:
-Լավ, իսկ ինչո՞ւ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը Ձեզ հետ չեկավ հանդիպման, նա նեղացա՞ծ է ՀՀ նախագահից:
-Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը նախ Հայաստանում չէ եւ երկրորդ, իսկ ո՞վ է ասել, որ մեր այցելությունը նախագահական ինքնուրույն որոշում է եղել: 2003 թվականից սկսված, եթե կա թեկուզ մեկ քայլ, որը ես կուսակցության դիրքորոշմանը հակառակ եմ կատարել, ապա պատրաստ եմ ներողություն խնդրել եւ կուսակցական տույժի ենթարկվել:
