«Հայաստանը չի կարող հզոր երկիր դառնալ, քանի դեռ 25-30 տարեկան չամուսնացած տղաների ու աղջիկների նման պատկառելի տոկոս կա: Նայեք շուրջբոլորդ ու կտեսնեք, որ մեր երկիրը դարձել է արքայազների ու արքայադուստրների երկիր: Սա ազգային անվտագության իրական սպառնալիք է, իսկ թե ինչու չեն ամուսնանում, թերևս բոլորս էլ գիտենք. պատկերացրեք կյանքի բնական փուլերով անցնող հայ տղայի կյանքը՝ 18 տարեկանում ավարտում է ավագ դպրոցը, գնում է բանակ, գալիս է 20 տարեկանում, ապա ընդունվում է ԲՈՒՀ 24-26 տարեկանում ավարտում է այն և սկսվում է աշխատանք փնտրելու երկար ու մեր երկրում շատ հաճախ հիասթափեցնող փուլը:
