Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչներ Ք.Վարդանյանի և Ս.Հակոբյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությանը
Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչներ Ք.Վարդանյանի և Ս.Հակոբյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթ, որի նախաքննությունը, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ, շարունակվում է Քննչական կոմիտեի Հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2015թ. մարտի 7-ի առավոտյան Երևան-Գյումրի-Բավրա ճանապարհին հարակից ձորակում հայտնաբերվել է «Նիսսան Տեանա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի հետևի նստատեղին հայտնաբերվել է վարորդի՝ 1984 թվականի ծնված Քրիստ Վարդանյանի դիակը հրազենային վնասվածքներով:
Նշված դեպքի առթիվ մարտի 7-ին Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
2015թ. մարտի 8-ի առավոտյան Քեթի գյուղի վարչական տարածքում' Գյումրի-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի 7.6-րդ կմ Հատվածին կից ձորակում, հայտնաբերվել է 1981 թվականի ծնված Սամվել Հակոբյանի դիակը՝ մահվան հասցնող բռնության հետևանքներով:
Դեպքի առթիվ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնում մարտի 8-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ք.Վարդանյանը եւ Ս.Հակոբյանը ճանաչել են միմյանց, եւ մարտի 6-ի երեկոյան վերջինս եղել է Ք.Վարդանյանի տանը։ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում Ս.Հակոբյանը գնացել է, մի քանի րոպե հետո տնից դուրս է եկել նաեւ Ք.Վարդանյանը՝ «Նիսսան Տեանա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով: Մարտի 7-ին՝ ժամը 00:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց հեռախոսահամարներն անհասանելի են եղել, եւ հարազատներին այլեւս չի հաջողվել հեռախոսակապ հաստատել նրանց հետ։
Դիակների արտաքին եւ ներքին զննության արդյունքներով դատաբժիշկների գնահատմամբ Ք.Վարդանյանի և Ս.Հակոբյանի մահը վրա է հասել գրեթե նույն ժամանակահատվածում:
Հիմք ընդունելով նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցները՝ նախաքննությամբ մշակվել են մի շարք աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնց թվում է նաեւ Ք.Վարդանյանի եւ Ս.Հակոբյանի սպանությունները նույն անձի կամ անձանց կողմից կատարված լինելը։
Նախաքննության արդյունավետությունն ապահովելու համար որոշում է կայացվել հիշյալ քրեական գործերը միացնել մեկ վարույթում եւ քննությունը շարունակել մեկ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, իսկ նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությանը:
