Armlur.am-ին տեղեկություններ են հասել, թե որոշ ժամանակ առաջ անազատության մեջ գտնվող մի քանի անձինք «նշել են» մարտի 4-ին «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի մոտակայքում հայտնի քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի (Լևոն Ղազարյան) և նրա ընկերների` Մոսոյի (Մեսրոպ Նազարյանց) և Դերոյի (Դերենիկ Թադևոսյան) սպանությունը: Այսպես, շրջանառվող լուրերի համաձայն` օրերս նման արտառոց դեպք է գրանցվել Արդարադատության նախարարության «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ում:
Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի «զոն նայողը»` Նվեր Կիրակոսյանը, ով առավել հայտնի է Նորագյուղցի Նվերիկ անունով, այնտեղ պատիժ կրող դատապարտյալներին, այսպես ասած, «աչքալուսանք» է տվել այն առիթով, որ իրեն նման բարձր «պաշտոն շռայլած» Օշականցի Գևորիկին (Գևորգ Մելիքյան) ապտակողն արժանի պատասխան է ստացել: Այս հանգամանքը, ըստ տարածված լուրերի, զայրացրել և վրդովեցրել է քրեական աշխարհի մի շարք ներկայացուցիչների: Նրանցից բացի` խիստ զայրացած է նաև այս պահին «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում պատիժ կրող Արմեն Արշակյանը, ով առավել հայտնի է Ամերիկացի Արմեն անունով: Վերջինս համարվում է Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի մերձավորներից, և նախկինում, երբ տեղի ունեցավ Օշականցի Գևորիկ-Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկ հայտնի առճակատումը, լարված հարաբերությունների մեջ է հայտնվել Նորագյուղցի Նվերիկի հետ:
Այդ ժամանակ Ա. Արշակյանը գտնվում էր «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ում, որտեղ դատապարտյալների միջև տեղի ունեցած թեժ ծեծկռտուքից հետո նրան տեղափոխել են «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ: Այս խմորումներն առաջացել են երկու ազդեցիկ քրեական հեղինակությունների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի պատճառով:
Տեղեկացնենք, որ խոսակցություններ կան, թե դատապարտյալ Նվեր Կիրակոսյանի և «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ պետ Գևորգ Մկրտչյանի հարաբերությունները լարված են. թերևս, սա է պատճառը, որ ՔԿՀ ղեկավարությունը չի կարողանում «սանձել» անազատության մեջ գտնվողին, ինչն էլ ամենաթողության պատճառ է դառնում: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում` եթե շրջանառվող լուրերն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում են իրականությանը, ապա ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ դատապարտյալը կարողանում է առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի ծխախոտ հյուրասիրել իր բախտակիցներին, այն էլ ինչ-որ մեկի մահվան առթիվ: Գուցե, նրա «մեջքն» անհաղթ է, դժվար է ասել: Մնում է սպասել` ինչ կպարզվի այս արտառոց լուրերի շրջանակներում, և ինչ նոր իրադարձությունների պատճառ դրանք կդառնան:
