ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը ողջունել է Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ի չորրորդ լիագումար նիստի մասնակիցներին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջույնի իր խոսքում ԱԺ նախագահը, մասնավորապես, ասել է.
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մեծարգո Նախագահ,
Հարգարժան խորհրդարանականներ,
Հարգելի հյուրեր,
Ողջունում եմ ներկաներին և շնորհակալություն հայտնում Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի չորրորդ լիագումար նիստին մասնակցելու համար: Սա արդեն երկրորդ միջոցառումն է, որը մենք հյուրընկալում ենք Հայաստանում Եվրանեսթի շրջանակներում:
Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը եզակի նախաձեռնություն է, որը կյանքի կոչվեց բոլորիս կատարած աշխատանքի եւ հետեւողական լինելու շնորհիվ: Սա վառ ապացուց է, որ մեր համատեղ ջանքերը տալիս են շոշափելի արդյունքներ:
Լինելով Արեւելյան գործընկերության քաղաքականության իրականացման խորհրդարանական հարթակ՝ Եվրանեսթը նպաստում է ԵՄ-ի եւ արեւելյան գործընկերների բազմակողմ սերտ համագործակցության համար անհրաժեշտ պայմանների ապահովմանը, ինչը բաժանարար գծերի ստեղծումից խուսափելու լավագույն գրավականն է: Այս վեհաժողովը պետք է դիտարկել որպես Եվրամիության եւ արեւելյան գործընկերների միջեւ բազմակողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնման կարեւոր հարթակ, այլ ոչ թե զուտ Եվրամիության հետ երկկողմ փոխգործակցության գործիք:
Եվրանեսթը էական կշիռ է հաղորդում մեր միջազգային կապերին եւ խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությանը' լրացուցիչ խթան հանդիսանալով խորհրդարանականների եւ մեր հասարակությունների միջեւ շփումների ակտիվացման համար:
Արդյոք այս հարթակը կնպաստի մասնակից պետությունների միջեւ համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը թե ոչ, կախված կլինի այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչպես կoգտագործվեն վեհաժողովի առանձնաշնորհները: Կարեւոր եմ համարում պահպանել համագործակցության ոգին եւ կենտրոնանալ ԵՄ-ի եւ մեզ համար ընդհանուր հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այնպիսի խնդիրների վրա, ինչպիսիք են միջանձնյա հասարակությունների միջեւ շփումների ընդլայնումը, ժողովրդավարության եւ օրենքի գերակայության ամրապնդումը, մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների եւ ազատությունների պաշտպանությունը, հանդուրժողական հասարակության ձեւավորումը եւ ներդաշնակ համակեցությունը: Կարծում եմ' դրանք պետք է լինեն մեր ընդհանուր քաղաքական օրակարգում, այլ ոչ այն հարցերը, որոնք կարող են Եվրանեսթը դարձնել ոչ կառուցողական վիճաբանության ամբիոն: Ուստի եկեք պատասխանատվություն ցուցաբերենք եւ առավելագույն օգուտ քաղենք այս վեհաժողովից:
