ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն Գյումրիում հունվարի 12-ին սպանդի ենթարկված Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդներին տրամադրել է քրեական գործի շրջանակում իրականացված փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունները: «Դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունից բացի' նախաքննական մարմինը մեզ տրամադրել է նաև քրեական գործով իրականացված այլ փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունները, որոնց մասին ես, ինչպես նաև Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչները, մանրամասն կխոսենք մարտի 20-ին կայանալիք մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում՝ նշեց Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպան Երեմ Սարգսյանը և հավելեց, որ լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն կտարածվի կայանալիք մամուլի ասուլիսի անցկացման վայրի և ժամի վերաբերյալ:
Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի թույլտվությամբ Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդները մասնակցել էին դատաձգաբանական, դատահետքաբանական և դատաքիմիական համալիր փորձաքննություններին:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամի սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև' յոթ օր հետո նույնպես մահացել: Նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել էին հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս և հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները կասկածյալ Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու և ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:
