Եթե «Եվրանեսթի» խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ուկրաինացի համանախագահ Բորիս Տարասյուկը արտահայտում է Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունների կարծիքը, ուրեմն այդ իշխանությունների շրջանում ուղեղի ու բանականության լուրջ դեֆիցիտ կա, եթե նա արտահայտում է իրենց հասարակության մի հատվածի կարծիքը, ուրեմն ուղեղի ու բանականության լուրջ դեֆիցիտը նաև այդտեղ է:
Ամեն դեպքում պարզ է, որ գործ ունենք ԱՄՆ-ին ու Եվրոպային վերջնականապես ստրկացված, դատողությունից զուրկ ինչ-որ տեսակի հետ, և Տարասյուկը իրոք տեսակ է ներկայացնում՝ Արևմուտքի ստրուկ տեսակը: Հիշեցնեմ, որ Տարասյուկը երեկ լրագրողների հարցերին պատասխանելիս ասել է, թե իբրև Հայաստանում հայերը ռուսական քարոզչության տակ են և եթե ժխտում են, որ Ռուսաստանը ագրեսիա է իրականացրել Ուկրաինայի նկատմամբ, ապա ինչպե՞ս կարող են աշխարհից պահանջել, որ ճանաչեն իրենց ցեղասպանությունը:
Դժվար չէ հիշելը, որ սա ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյաների կողմից ոչ առաջին ակնհայտ հակահայկական ու անհեթեթ հայտարարությունն է, և ինչպես հասկանում ենք՝ ոչ էլ վերջինը: Ուկրաինայի ադրբեջանամետ դիրքորոշման մասին մենք իմացել ենք դեռ Արցախյան պատերազմի տարիներից, երբ նրանց վարձկանները կռվում էին Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Ամերիկյան սցենարով Ուկրաինայում իրականացված «գունավոր մայդանից» հետո իշխանության եկած կասկածելի ծագումով վարչակազմի մոտ հակահայկականությունն ու ադրբեջանամետությունն էլ ավելի զգալի է արտահայտվում:
Բացի ակնհայտ ադրբեջանամետությունից, անզեն աչքից չի կարող վրիպել նաև ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյաների դատողության մառազմատիկ բնույթը: Օրինակ, նույն հարցարզրույցի ժամանակ Տարասյուկն ասել է, թե իբրև ռուսական քարոզչությունը Հայաստանում շատ արդյունավետ է անցնում, որովհետև ամբողջ ԱՄՆ-ն և Եվրոպան համարում են, որ Ռուսաստանը ագրեսոր է, իսկ Հայաստանում այդպես չեն համարում: Այսինքն, ըստ ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյաների՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրոպայի ասածը բացարձակ ճշմարտություն պետք է լինի ամբողջ աշխարհի համար, իսկ ով չի ընդունում այդ «ճշմարտությունը», ուրեմն ռուսական քարոզչության տակ է մնացել: Հետաքրքիր է, որ նման մտածելակերպը բնորոշ է նաև մի շարք հայ արևմտամետների, ովքեր չափազանց ուկրաինասեր են: Եվ այն տարբերակը, որ մարդիկ նախևառաջ կարող են լինել Արևմուտքի քարոզչության տակ մնացած և այդ քարոզչության տակ բանականության վերջին նշույլներն էլ կորցրած, նրանց կողմից, որպես կանոն, չի քննարկվում:
Կարծում եմ, ամեն ինչ ավելի քան պարզ է, և զավեշտալի. այս ճշմարտությունը տեսնելու համար ոչ մի քարոզչության կարիք էլ չկա: Իսկ հայ, չափազանց ուկրաինասեր և Ղրիմի «կորուստը» սգացող արևմտամետներին խորհուրդ կտամ ամեն անգամ այդ սերը արտահայտելուց և Ղրիմի հարցում շատ ճիշտ դիրքորոշման համար Հայաստանի իշխանություններին քննադատելուց առաջ հիշել, որ այդ սերը մի երկրի նկատմամբ է, որն ակնհայտ համակրանք ու աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում մեր ներկայիս թշնամուն:
