ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում վերջին շրջանում տակտիկայի փոփոխությունը տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք է տվել: Մասնավորապես, արևմտամետների մի մասի շրջանում նույնիսկ ոգևորություն է սկսվել ու հույսեր են առաջացել, որ հնարավոր է՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը որոշել է փոխել կուրսը դեպի Եվրոպա: Բայց, ինչպես ասում են՝ հույսը վերջինն է մեռնում, և նույնիսկ եվրոպացիների հետ շփման ակտիվացումից էլ արևմտամետները կարող են չափից դուրս շատ չոգևորվել:

Իրականում ես այստեղ երկու բան եմ տեսնում: Առաջինը, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը փորձում է ապացուցել, որ «և՝ և»-ն, այնուամենայնիվ, գոնե մասամբ հնարավոր է, եթե բոլոր քայլերը ճիշտ հաշվարկված լինեն: Եվ երկրորդը, որ երկրի նախագահը վերջապես հասկացել է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում տակտիկական սխալներ են եղել և դիրքերի թուլացում, որը պետք է ուղղել, և դրա համար երբեք ուշ չէ: Ժողովրդական ասացվածքը ասում է՝ «Շան հետ ընկերություն արա, բայց փայտը միշտ ձեռքումդ պահիր»: Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը Ռուսաստանի՝ Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու մասին և այդ հարցի վերաբերյալ վերաբերմունք արտահայտելը ես գնահատում եմ մի կողմից՝ որպես մեսիջ ուղղված հայ հասարակությանը, որ ժամանակն է փայտը ձեռքներս առնելու, քանի դեռ դիրքերը շատ չեն թուլացել, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ մեսիջ Մոսկվային առ այն, որ «ընկերության» մեջ այսպիսի դիրք զբաղեցնելը մեզ չի գոհացնում և որոշակի փոփոխությունների կարիք կա:

Գուցեև այսպիսի եզրակացության չհանգեի, եթե ամեն ինչ սահմանափակվեր միայն զենքի վաճառքի մասին հայտարարությամբ: Բայց նախագահը նաև հարցազրույց տվեց «ֆրանս-24» հեռուստաընկերությանը, որտեղ բացի միջազգային հանրությանը մի քանի համարձակ ազդակներ հղելուց, կրկին մեսիջներ է հղել Ռուսաստանին և Հայաստանի հանրությանը՝ ՌԴ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ: Մանրամասնեմ՝ ապրիլի 24-ին Պուտինի նախատեսված այցը Հայաստան, այլ ոչ Թուրքիա, Սարգսյանը համարել է ընդամենը նորմալ երևույթ, այլ ոչ թե հիացմունքի առարկա՝ շեշտելով, որ մենք Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակիցներ ենք, և տարօրինակ կլիներ, որ դաշնակիցն այլ ընտրություն կատարեր: Իսկ լրագրողի հարցին, թե վստահու՞մ է Սարգսյանն արդյոք Պուտինին, նախագահը կրկին պատասխանել է շատ դիվանագիտական, բայց դիպուկ՝ նա իրեն հարմարավետ է զգում:

Ընդամենը այդքանը: Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ակնհայտորեն ցույց է տալիս վերաբերմունքի, մոտեցման փոփոխություն: Մնում է, որ հասարակությունը ճիշտ ընկալի նախագահի մեսիջները: Այնպես որ, ընկերությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ շարունակվում է, պարզապես արդեն փայտով:
