Երբ ՀՀ հարկային մարմինները սկսեցին հետաքրքրվել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և մի քանի այլ ԲՀԿ-ականների բիզնեսներով և այնտեղ խախտումներ հայտնաբերվեցին՝ երևույթին անշուշտ քաղաքական երանգավորումներ տրվեցին: Հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ այդ երանգները միգուցե սպասելի էին, հատկապես երբ այս դեպքում վերոհիշյալ երևույթը համընկավ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անկման, քաղաքական կարիերայի ավարտի և ԲՀԿ-ից գործարարների առնետավազքի հետ:

Սակայն իրադարձությունների հետագա զարգացումը ցույց տվեց, որ առաջին տպավորությունը խաբուսիկ էր, և իրականում մենք գործ ունենք ոչ թե քաղաքական ճնշումների, այլ համընդհանուր և ոչ քաղաքական գործընթացի հետ: Բանն այն է, որ հարկային մարմինների հետաքրքրությունը չսահմանափակվեց միայն ԲՀԿ-ական գործարարներով և բավականին արագ կերպով անցում կատարվեց դեպի ՀՀԿ-ական գործարարներ: Այստեղ նույնպես հայտնաբերվեցին խախտումներ, ձեռնարկվեցին համապատասխան միջոցառումներ:

Այսպիսով, պետությունը, կարևորելով խոշոր գործարարների դերը, միաժամանակ սկսել է նաև նրանց հարկային դաշտ բերելու գործընթացը, և եթե սա բեմադրություն չէ և իրականում այդպես է, ապա դա միայն ողջունելի երևույթ է. կարծես թե սառույցը սկսում է հալվել և ականատեսն ենք դառնում բարեփոխումների և խոշորներին հարկային դաշտ բերելու մեկնարկի: Գործընթացն, ըստ էության, փորձ է՝ երկրում տնտեսական բալանսը վերականգնելու համար:

Կարծում եմ, որ այս գործընթացը պետք չէ քաղաքականացնել. ի վերջո յուրայինները ստուգում են յուրայինների բիզնեսները: Մնում է հուսալ, որ ամեն ինչ այսպես էլ կշարունակվի և պետության համար այլևս նշանակություն չի ունենա գործարարների կուսակցական պատկանելությունը:
