«ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրի ծավալները կրճատվել են, մասնավորապես հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ դոլլարով արտահայտված արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը նվազել է 27,7%-ով, որտեղ արտահանումը՝ 25,2%-ով, իսկ ներմուծումը՝ 28,6%-ով:

Նշենք, որ հունվար ամսին, նախորդ տարվա հունվարի համեմատ, առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալների անկումը ավելի մեծ է եղել՝ մոտ 30,4%: Թե որ երկրների հետ է առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալները նվազել, թեև դեռևս չի հրապարակվել, սակայն ակնհայտ է, այդ երկրներն են՝ Ռուսաստանը, ինչպես նաև Ուկրաինան:

Վրաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալները հունվար-փետրվարին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ կրճատվել է 9%-ով, որտեղ Վրաստանից արտահանումը նվազել է 26%-ով, իսկ ներմուծումը կրճատվել է ընդամենը 2%-ով: ԱՊՀ երկրների հետ առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալը նվազել է 23%-ով, իսկ Եվրամիության հետ ընդամենը 2%-ով:

Վրաստանից արտահանումը դեպի դեպի Ռուսաստան՝ կրճատվել է 64%-ով կամ 2,7 անգամ (43,5 մլն դոլլար 2014 թ.-ի հունվար-փետրվարին, 15,6 մլն. դոլլար 2015 թ.-ի հունվար-փետրվարին), Ադրբեջան՝ 38%-ով կամ 1,6 անգամ անգամ (74,5 մլն դոլլար 2014 թ.-ի հունվար-փետրվարին, 45,9 մլն. դոլլար 2015 թ.-ի հունվար-փետրվարին), իսկ դեպի Հայաստան 51 % կամ 2 անգամ անգամ (40,1 մլն դոլլար 2014 թ.-ի հունվար-փետրվարին, 19,5 մլն. դոլլար 2015 թ.-ի հունվար-փետրվարին):
Իսկ դեպի Թուրքիա արտահանումը կրճատվել է ՝ 23%-ով: Սակայն, աճել է Վրաստանից արտահանում դեպի Չինաստան 2,7 անգամ և Եվրամիության երկրներ, մասնավորապես Գերմանիա 2 անգամ, Նիդեռլանդներ 4 անգամ, Իտալիա 2 անգամ: Չի բացառվում նաև, որ դեպի Եվրամիության որոշ երկրներ Հայաստանի արտահանման ծավալները նույնպես աճ գրանցած լինեն:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ Ռուսաստանից ներմուծումը դեպի Վրաստան այդ ժամանակահատվածում աճել է 15,7 %-ով, իսկ Հայաստանից՝ 56%-ով:

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք երկու երկրների արտահանումը նվազել է համարյա հավասար չափով, սակայն, եթե Վրաստանի ներմուծման ծավալների էական կրճատում տեղի չի ունեցել, ապա Հայաստանի պարագայում այն զգալիորեն կրճատվել է: Երկու երկրների դեպքում էլ, արտահանման ծավալների վրա որոշակի ազդեցություն է թողել դեպի Ռուսաստան արտահանման ծավալների կրճատումը, սակայն Հայաստանի դեպքում այն ավելի ակնհայտ է, քան Վրաստանի դեպքում:
Փաստորեն, տարբեր ճամբարներում՝ հանգրվանել ձգտող Հայաստանին և Վրաստանին, առավել ևս Հայաստանին, Ռուսաստանի տնտեսությունը, որևէ առավելություն չի տալիս, իր մեծ, 140 մլն.-անոց շուկայի բարիքներից օգտվելու համար»:
