Երևի բոլորը գիտեն, որ Հայաստանում ընտրությունների ժամանակ այսպիսի մի երևույթ կա՝ մարդը հանգիստ գնում է ընտրատեղամաս` իր քաղաքացիական պարտքը կատարելու, նայում է ցուցակին, որպեսզի ստորագրի իր անվան դեմ, և հանկարծ վախից լեղաճաք է լինում: Պարզվում է, որ ցուցակում տեսել է իր մահացած հարազատի, բարեկամի կամ հարևանի անունը, որի թաղմանը թեպետ ինքը անձամբ եղել է, բայց, միևնույն է, նա արդեն եկել է, ընտրել և գնացել...

Ահա քաղաքական դաշտում էլ մի այսպիսի լեղաճաք անող ունենք, որը քաղաքական վախճանից հետո էլ սիրում է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հայտնվել, իր «քաղաքացիական պարտքը» կատարել՝ սարսափեցնելով շատերին: Այս անգամ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի «պարտքը» գործող նախագահի կողմից իր առաջարկի մերժվելուց հետո կրկին այդ առաջարկը հանրությանը ներկայացնելն էր: Եվ պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ տեր-Պետրոսյանը դրանով ընդամենը ապացուցեց, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր առաջարկը մերժել էր լիովին տեղին և հիմնավորված: Բայց դա չխանգարեց արդեն նախկին շարքային ընդդիմադրին ևս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց դնել իր «մարդասիրությունը»՝ 100-ամյակի արդեն իսկ ընդունված Հռչակագիրը փոփոխելու մասին առաջարկի միջոցով:

Պարզվում է` ի դեմս ԼՏՊ-ի` մենք կորցնում ենք համաշխարհային մասշտաբով ամենամեծ «մարդասերներից» մեկին, պարզապես սա մի քիչ յուրահատուկ մարդասիրություն է, քանի որ այստեղ «մարդը» կոնկրետ թուրքն է: Եվ այդ մարդասիրական մղումներից դրդված՝ ԼՏՊ-ն հայտարարում է, թե մենք պետք է հրաժարվենք Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում Թուրքիայի հանդեպ մեր պահանջատիրությունից: «Հումանիստական» այս քայլը մեկնաբանություններ նույնիսկ չի էլ պահանջում: Պարզվում է նաև, որ ԼՏՆ-ն մենակ չէ, ոչ միայն իր մարդասիրության, այլ նաև մարդկանց լեղաճաք անելու հարցում: Այստեղ նրան ընկերակցում է տխրահռչակ պատմաբան ու նույնպես «մարդասեր-թուրքասեր» Ժիրայր Լիպարիտյանը, ում ձայնը ԼՏՊ-ի ձայնի հետ միասին նույնպես հանկարծ լսվում է քաղաքական անդրաշխարհից:

Ի դեպ, Տեր-Պետրոսյանը հենց նույն Լիպարիտյանին էր առաջարկում հռչակագրի բովանդակության վրա աշխատելու համար: Հիմա տեսնում եք չէ՞, թե ինչ ճիշտ արեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը, որ մերժեց ԼՏՊ-ի առաջարկը: Ավելի լավ է՝ քաղաքական հանգուցյալներն իրենց մարդասիրական պոռթկումներն անեն անդրաշխարհից հղած ձայների միջոցով, քան թե իրական կյանքում՝ մեր քաղաքական դաշտում:
