Երբ ասում եմ, որ անցյալ տարվա սեպտեմբերի 3-ի հայտարարության համար միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանը չէ պատասխանատու, հանդիպում եմ քննադատության, թե քողարկված աջակցում եմ գործող նախագահին:

Ինձ հուզում, անհանգստացնում է այն հանգամանքը, որ մեր քաղաքական ուժերն ու հասարակության գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունն անտարբեր են Հայաստանի զարգացման հարցում:
Թվում էր՝ ընդդիմությանը լավ առիթ է ներկայացել, որպեսզի խորհրդարանում աղմկի, ընդվզի, Սերժ Սարգսյանին թույլ չտա, որպեսզի սեպտեմբերի 3-ի միանձնյա որոշումով Հայաստանն եվրասիականացնի:
Բայց ոչ մի նման բան:
Սա էլ, հո՞, կուտակայինի անշառ հարցը չէր, որ աղմուկ բարձրացնեին, Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմեին:
Նման բան չեղավ ու չի լինի, որովհետև մեր հիմնական քաղաքական սուբյեկտները հերթի են կանգնած Կրեմլի պատերի տակ՝ ՙՙԿորեայի որբերի՚՚ կարգավիճակով հայցելով այդ շենքի պահակի ժպիտը:
Դրա համար՝ անտանելի, վտանգավոր մի կոնսենսուս ձևավորվեց, իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն ՙՙհամազգային կոալիցիա՚՚, որի իմաստը լավագույնս ձևակերպեց առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը՝ Պուտինին չքլնգել:
Իհարկե, հոգու խորքում Հայաստանի ընդդիմությունը ցավում էր, բայց այդ ցավը նրա համար էր, որ Սերժը հնչեցրեց սեպտեմբերի 3-ի հայտարարությունն ՝ առիթ չտալով, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը իրենց մոբիլիզացնի ՙՙարևմտամետ՚՚ իշխանության դեմ:
Ասել կուզի՝ մեր ընդդիմությունը ցավում էր նրա համար, որ Մոսկվայի ՙՙդաբրոն՚՚ ստանալու խաղում հերթական անգամ տարվել է Սերժին, դարձել է մանրադրամ Հայաստանի իշախանության ու Կրեմլի գործարքում:
Վատ չզգացին նաև եվրոասոցացումն օր ու գիշեր գովերգող իշխանավորները:
Սեպտեմբերի 3-ի ՙՙկրոնափոխությունը՚՚ նրանք թեթև տարան, որովհետև օրական մի տաս անգամ ՙՙկրոնափոխ՚՚ են լինում՝ իրենց պաշտոնը պահելու, լափի իրավունքից չզրկվելու համար:
Հայաստանի մաքսայնացման դեմ բողոքող քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական ուժերն էլ ՙՙպապայի արևի՚՚ փոխարեն՝ իրենց ցասումը սկսում ու վերջացնում էին Օբամայի ու Ֆյուլեի ՙՙարևով՚՚՝ դարձյալ կորցնելով Հայաստանի շահը:
Հասրակության մեծ մասը շարունակում է ՙՙօրհնել էն սահաթը՚՚, որովհետև խոպանչի բարեկամների թիվն ավելանում է, դրսից եկած փողերով տուն տեղ են պահում:
Սեպտեմբերի 3-ին հաղթել է հենց խոպանչին՝ իր հոգեբանությամբ, երկիրը լքողի իր հաստատակամությամբ, քաղաքացու պատասխանատվությունից խուսափողի իր անպատասխանատվությամբ:
