Վարչապետը նախարարներին հորդորում է հետամուտ լինել օրենսդրական նախագծերի շուրջ առաջարկությունների իրականացմանը

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն չտվեց Ազգային ժողովի Հանրապետական խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի, Սամվել Ֆարմանյանի, Խոսրով Հարությունյանի, Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի, Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի, Մարգարիտ Եսայանի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական դատավարության օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծին:

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանի խոսքով՝ օրենսգիրքը սահմանում է, որ որևէ քաղաքացու անգործունակ ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ գործը դատարանը քննում է խնամակալության և հոգաբարձության որևէ ներկայացուցչի մասնակցության դեպքում: Ըստ նախարարի՝ քաղաքացին կարող է կանչվել դատական նիստին, եթե ներում է նրա առողջական վիճակը, նույնիսկ այս դեպքում քննելի է դատական նիստին քաղաքացու մասնակցությունը: «Նախագծի հեղինակներն առաջարկում են բացի խնամակալից, ընտանիքի անդամից կամ հոգեբուժական հաստատության տնօրինությունից, գործունակության վերականգնման վերաբերյալ դատարան դիմելու հնարավորություն տալ նաև քաղաքացուն»,-  ասաց նախարարը՝ ավելացնելով, որ կառավարությունն սկզբունքորեն չի մերժում նախագիծը, այլ որոշակի առաջարկներ ներառելու դեպքում այս նախագիծն ընդունելի կհամարի:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն արձագանքելով` նշեց, որ սա մի փոքր զգայուն հարց է: Դիմելով բոլոր նախարարություններին՝ վարչապետն ասաց, որ տարբեր նախագծերում, որոնցում գործադիրը նախագծերի վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ է ներկայացնում, տարբեր դեպքերում դրանք պատգամավորների կողմից հաշվի չեն առնվում, և կառավարության դրական եզրակացությամբ ԱԺ հանձնաժողովը որոշում է կայացնում ու ընդգրկում մեծ օրակարգ: «Դրա համար հարկավոր է հետամուտ լինել, նաև հանդիպել նախագիծն առաջարկող պատգամավորներին, նրանց հետ քննարկել, մեր կ արծիքը հստակ ձևակերպել: Պետք է հետամուտ լինել, որ ձեր առաջարկներն այնտեղ ընդունվեն: Այդ պարագայում նոր դրական համարվի մեր կարծիքը»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
