«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԱՄՆ հեռացող վարչակազմից «ռազմավարական կանոնադրության» բոնուս ստացած ու մեր երկիրն ակնհայտորեն արկածախնդրական նորանոր վտանգների տակ մխրճած Փաշինյանն իրեն առնվազն Թալեյրան է երևակայում: Երեկ էլ արթնացել ու հայտարարել է, թե «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից վարվող բալանսավորված և բալանսավորման արտաքին քաղաքականությունը հասնում է իր առաջնային հանգրվանին»: Հետո մի երկար թվարկում է, որ Հայաստանն իբր համակողմանիորեն հարաբերություններ է զարգացնում բոլորի հետ: Փաշինյանի մի նշումը մյուսից վիճելի է: Մի խոսքով, հերթական սուտուկեղծիքի «փայլատակումն» է: Հա, ու նշում է, թե՝ «առավել քան երբևէ» արտաքին հարաբերություններ է... լավացրել, կառուցել: Այո, «առավել քան երբևէ»-ն ճիշտ է, բայց այն կոնտեքստում, որ Հայաստանը դադարել է լինել արտաքին-քաղաքական սուբյեկտ և վերածվել է օբյեկտի, որ առավել քան երբևէ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները վատացել են Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, Չինաստանի հետ, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ի կամ ԵՄ հետ ոչ թե լավացել են, այլ պարզապես հարաբերությունները վերածվել են ԱՄՆ-ի ու ԵՄ հակառուսական շահերի ու կապրիզների սպասարկման:

Նախ՝ Հայաստանի հարաբերություններն Իրանի հետ: Այո, Փաշինյանի աղետային իշխանության շրջանում Իրանի հետ ՀՀ հարաբերություններն առավել քան երբևէ անհասկանալի են դարձել, Հայաստանը հետևողականորեն հրաժարվում է Իրանի հետ ռազմաքաղաքական համագործակցությունից, վարում է Իրանի մոտ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ լարվածություն առաջացնող քաղաքականություն («երրորդ երկրների» ներգրավում և այլն):

Ասում է, թե «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ մեր հարաբերությունները պրակտիկ են առավել քան երբևէ»: Այո, շա՜տ «պրակտիկ» են Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները: Այն աստիճան, որ դրանք պրակտիկորեն մղվում են զրոյացման: Ըստ որում, Փաշինյանի կողմից Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների ընկալումը դիպուկ բնութագրվում է «գոգիդ նստեմ, միրուքդ փիտեմ» ասացվածքով: Փաշինյանն ուզում է Ռուսաստանի վրա փող աշխատել, բայց մնացած ամեն ինչում հակառուսական դիրքավորվել:

Թե ինչ աստիճանի են վատացել Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները, նույնիսկ չարժե ասել, քանի որ դրանք այս օրերին վատանալու են շատ ավելի արագընթաց: Այո, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները Փաշինյանը դարձրել է թշնամական՝ առավել քան երբևէ:

Փաշինյանի ջանքերով Հայաստանը թուրքական հպատակության տակ դնելը, այն է՝ Թուրքիայի քմահաճույքների ու նախապայմանների բավարարումը՝ Արևմտյան Հայաստանի ուրացում, նույնն է, թե՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ուրացում կամ դրա նախապատրաստումը, համարում է հարաբերություն, քիչ չէ, մի հատ էլ, թե՝ «Թուրքիայի հետ ըմբռնման տեսանելի բազա է ձևավորված»:

Այո, Հայաստանի պետականության կազմաքանդման «բազան» արդեն լրիվ տեսանելի է: Փաշինյանը անգամ համարում է, թե իր իշխանությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերություններ ունի: Բոլորին է տեսանելի, որ դրանք հարաբերություններ չեն, այլ թելադրանք: Ալիևը թելադրում է, Փաշինյանն ու նրա քպականները հեզահաճորեն իրականացնում են «կիրթ ու կառուցողական» Ալիևի նվաստացուցիչ կարգադրությունները:

Չինաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները փչացրել է, փոխանակ լրիվ հակառակը լիներ: Հնդկաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները վերածվել են Հայաստան էժան ու չֆիքսված էժանագին աշխատուժի անվերահսկելի ներհոսքի:

Ու եթե ամփոփելու լինենք, մի հարցում էլ է կիրառելի «առավել քան երբևէ» ձևակերպումը. Փաշինյանն ու իր ՔՊ-ն Հայաստանի ամենավատ իշխանությունն են՝ առավել քան երբևէ...
