Fastex-ն ստացել է VFA-ի 4-րդ դասի արտոնագիր MFSA-ի կողմից

Fastex-ն ստացել է «Թվային ֆինանսական ակտիվներ» (Virtual Financial Assets - VFA) 4-րդ դասի արտոնագիր Մալթայի ֆինանսական ծառայությունների մարմնի (Malta Financial Services Authority - MFSA) կողմից։ Լիցենզավորման գործընթացում MFSA-ն ուսումնասիրել է Fastex-ի գործունեության վերաբերյալ ծավալուն տվյալներ, ներառյալ՝ ֆինանսական կայունությունը, ռիսկերի գնահատումը, կորպորատիվ կառավարման սկզբունքները, ինչպես նաև կառուցվածքային և գործառույթային մի շարք առանձնահատկություններ։

Fastex-ի VFA  4-րդ դասի արտոնագիրը թույլ կտա առաջարկել ծառայությունների առավել լայն շրջանակ, այդ թվում.

«MFSA-ի VFA 4-րդ դասի արտոնագրի հաստատումը Fastex-ի համար կարևոր քայլ է։ Այս կերպ մենք ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում ենք Fastex-ի պատրաստակամությունը՝ հետևելու սահմանված օրենսդրական կարգավորումներին և անցում կատարելու MiCA-ի (Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation) սահմանած չափորոշիչներին», - նշել է Fastex-ի իրավաբանական գծով տնօրեն, տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ Վարդան Խաչատրյանը։

Ի լրումն Մալթայի ֆինանսական ծառայությունների մարմնի կողմից (MFSA) ստացված արտոնագրի՝ Fastex-ն ստացել է Դուբայի Թվային ակտիվների կարգավորող մարմնի կողմից  (VARA)   նախահաստատում և որպես թվային ակտիվների փոխանակման հարթակ գրանցված է Լիտվայում։ 

Malta Financial Services Authority-ն Մալթայում գործող ֆինանսական ծառայություններ կարգավորող միակ մարմինն է։ MFSA-ն զբաղվում է ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների, ապահովագրական ընկերությունների, միջնորդ կազմակերպությունների, ներդրումային ընկերությունների օրենսդրական կարգավորումներով։ 2018 թ.-ից MFSA-ն զբաղվում նաև է Թվային ակտիվներով ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերությունների գործունեության կարգավորմամբ և վերահսկմամբ։
