ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանն օգոստոսի 21-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության տնտեսական և հանրային կառավարման հարցերով խորհրդական Ալեսանդրո Զանոտային: Կողմերը քննարկել են հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականության ներկա վիճակը, կատարված աշխատանքներն ու այդ ուղղությամբ ԵՄ բյուջետային աջակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր:

Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սուրեն Քրմոյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Եվրոպական միությանը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հարցերով աջակցելու և ներդրված ջանքերի համար,  հույս է հայտնել, որ համագործակցությունը շարունակական կլինի և ապագայում ևս համատեղ ծրագրեր կիրականացվեն: Նախարարի տեղակալը ներկայացրել է կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում առաջիկայում իրականացվող ծրագրերը, որոնցում ներգրավված կլինեն նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուց իչները, անդրադարձել է դոնոր կազմակերպությունների և բիզնես հատվածի ներկայացուցիչների հետ նախատեսվող հանդիպումների նպատակին:

Հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականության մեջ կարևորելով Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի դերը՝ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ այն կլինի պետություն-քաղաքացիական հասարակություն-գործարար ոլորտ համագործակցության և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ծրագրերի իրականացման արդյունավետ հարթակ: «Մեր նպատակը մեկն է՝ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը դարձնել թափանցիկ և որ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերը, հասարակության բոլոր շերտերն ու խմբերն իրենց մասնակցությունն ունենան այդ չափազանց կարևոր գործում: Այս հարցում ԵՄ-ն մեր կարևորագույն գործընկերն է, որը կարող է մեծապես աջակցել ոչ միայն ֆինանսական, այլև խորհրդատվական և փորձագիտական առումներով»,- ընդգծել է նախարարի տեղակալը:

Ալեսանդրո Զանոտան իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել Արդարադատության նախարարությանը նման քննարկումներ կազմակերպելու համար և նշել, որ այս հանդիպումները բարենպաստ միջավայր են ստեղծում՝ հնարավոր դարձնելով ոչ միայն կատարվող քայլերի հաջորդականությունը հասկանալը, այլև հնարավոր թյուրըմբռնումները բացառելը և համակարգված ձևով դեպի սահմանված նպատակների իրականացում գնալը: ԵՄ պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի գործում կարևորել է համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը: Ալեսանդրո Զանոտան ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում նկատելի է գործընթացների արագացումը, ինչը ողջունելի է:

Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը հավելել է, որ վերջին մեկ տարում ՀՀ կառավարությունը բավական արդյունավետ աշխատանք է իրականացրել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ և դրա շարունակականության ապահովման համար պետք է մեկտեղել բոլոր ջանքերը և ռեսուրսները, մշակել դրանց օգտագործման ճիշտ եղանակները:

«Շատ կարևոր է տեղեկատվության ազատությունը և քաղաքացիական հասարակության հետ աշխատանքը, գործընթացներին նրանց ներգրավվածության ապահովումը, որովհետև նրանք այս հարցում կարող են մեծապես օգնել կառավարությանը»,- ասել է Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:
