Օրերս մամուլում չճշտված տեղեկատվություն է հրապարակվել, ըստ որի` ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխանախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը հրաժարվել է Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավարումից: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է նշվածին ի պատասխան ԱԺ փոխխոսնակի պարզաբանումը:

«Առհասարակ, ճիշտ կլիներ, որ  մեր  հանրային  քննարկումները և լրատվական դաշտը զերծ մնային չճշտված  տեղեկատվությունների, հորինված վարկածների  հրապարակումից, առավել ևս, երբ դրանք վերաբերում  են միջպետական  հարաբերություններին, կամ երկրի  համար  կարևոր այլ հարցերի: Ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ այս հրապարակմանը, ապա ասեմ, որ այն  բացարձակապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Հայ-ամերիկյան բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավարի  փոփոխության համար միակ  պատճառ է հանդիսացել  իմ բազմազբաղությունը, քանի որ հանդիսանում եմ Հայ-ռուսական  միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ, Հայաստան-Չինաստան, Հայաստան-Վրաստան, Հայաստան-Իապանիա բարեկամական խմբերի ղեկավար, ունեմ բավական մեծ  ծանրաբեռնվածություն  ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում և այլ խորհրդարանական և կուսակցական պարտականություններ: 2014 թվականի ամռանից ղեկավարում եմ նաև ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան  պատվիրակությունը  և այդ իմաստով, իսկապես, աշխատում եմ  մեծ  ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ: Այդ  համատեքստում`  իմ  գործրնկեր Սամվել Նիկոյանի հետ  իմ աշխատասենյակում  մի  քննարկման  ժամանակ իր կողմից  եղավ առաջարկ`  աշխատելու  որպես Հայ-ամերիկյան  խմբի ղեկավար, որը ինձ համար շատ ընդունելի էր: Մենք միասին այդ  թեման  քննարկեցինք ԱԺ նախագահի հետ և ստացանք նրա համաձայնությունը: Դրա արդյունքում ԱԺ նախագահի  կողմից կայացվեց համապատասխան որոշում, և այս տարվա ապրիլի 17-ին ստորագրվեց  բարեկամական  խմբի ղեկավարի փոփոխության մասին կարգադրությունը, որը հանդիսանում է բացառապես  ՀՀ  ԱԺ  նախագահի լիազորությունը: Մնացած  բոլոր  դատողությունները՝ թե’ ԱՄՆ դեսպանի միջամտության մասին (որը այդ օր երին նոր-նոր էր սկսում իր պաշտոնավարումը Հայաստանում ), թե’ «Գրիբոյեդով» ակումբի մասին, որին ես չեմ անդամակցում, և թե մնացած   թեմաներով` բացարձակ անհիմն են և անտեղի: Բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար եղած  ժամանակ ունեցել եմ հրաշալի աշխատանքային և բարեկամական հարաբերություններ թե՛ ԱՄՆ դեսպանի, և թե՛ դեսպանության աշխատակազմի հետ:

Հայաստանն ինքնիշխան պետություն է, իր խնդիրները լուծում է իր պետական շահերին  համապատասխան, վարել և վարում է պետականամետ և հավասարակշռված քաղաքականություն միջազգային ասպարեզում, և դա նկատվում ու գնահատվում է ինչպես  գործընկեր-պետությունների, այնպես էլ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից»:
