Ադրբեջանում հանրության որոշ խավին շուտով հարկ կլինի սնունդը գնել ապառիկով: Ադրբեջանի շրջաններում եւ քաղաքներում որոշ փոքր խանութներում վաճառողները ծանոթ քաղաքացիներին մթերքը պարտքով են տալիս, իսկ նրանք հետո աստիճանաբար վերադարձնում են պարտքը:  Ճգնաժամի պայմաններում ադրբեջանում խոշոր խանութները եւս կարող են անցնել մթերքի ապառիկ վաճառքի: Դա կլինի անտոկոս ապառիկ կամ առավելագույնը` 5 տոկոսով:

Այս մասին exo.az-ին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի ազատ սպառողների միության ղեկավար Էյուբ Հուսեյնովը:

Նրա խոսքով` ապառիկով սնունդ գնելու քարտերը պետք է լինեն առավելագույնը 50 մանաթ նոմինալով` մինչեւ մեկ ամիս վճարելու ժամկետով, եւ դա պետք է հիմնականում վերաբերի խոշոր խանութներին:

Ադրբեջանի կայուն զարգացման հետազոտութունների կենտրոնի նախագահ Նարիման Աղաեւն էլ իր հերթին հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանում պարտքով սնունդ տալու գաղափարը նոր չէ, այն հնավանդ սովորույթ է:

«Մինչ այժմ, հատկապես գյուղական վայրերում, խանութներում մթերքը կարելի է վերցնել պարտքով, ինչպես մեզ մոտ են ասում` «նիսյա»: Բայց, ինչպես կանոն, դա տալիս են այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնց վստահում են: Այսօր որոշ խանութներ պարտքով կամ անվճար պարեն են տանում թոշակառուներին, պատերազմում զոհվածների ընտանիքներին, ծերանոցներ: Ուղղակի այդ բոլորն արվում է թաքուն, ոչ լայն հասարակության համար», -նշել է նա` հավելելով, որ այժմ պետք է այն արդեն տարածել հասարակության լայն շերտերի վրա եւս:
