Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանի շնորհավորական նամակը՝ ուղղված ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին Ռուսաստանի օրվա կապակցությամբ, դարձավ Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերությունների նորմալացման Անկարայի հերթական փորձը: Այնուամենայնիվ, երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների ջերմացման նշաններ առայժմ չկան, համարում է թուրքական Hurriet Daily News-ի թղթակից Մուրատ Յետկինը:

«Ինչպես Անկարան, այնպես էլ Մոսկվան հայտարարել են, որ կցանկանային երկու երկրների միջև նորմալացնել հարաբերությունները: Պուտինը հստակ ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանը միայն մեկ պայման ունի դրա համար՝ ներողություն Թուրքիայի կողմից և փոխհատուցում: Էրդողանը նույնպես հստակ հայտարարություն է արել, որ Թուրքիան ներողություն չի խնդրելու»,- գրում է Յետկինը:

Հոդվածում նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել: Յետկինի տարբերակով` հենց Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարությունն է խորհուրդ տվել Էրդողանին ՌԴ նախագահին նամակ ուղարկել հարաբերությունների լավացման նպատակով: Որպես պատասխան՝ Ռուսաստանը հայտարարել է, որ նույնպես ցանկանում է նորմալացնել հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ, սակայն միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ Անկարան համապատասխան քայլեր կձեռնարկի:

«Հավանաբար, այդ փոխադարձ ակնարկներն արվել են, որպեսզի կոտրեն սառույցը երկու երկրների միջև, սակայն մինչև այժմ երկու երկրների միջև բանակցություններում մեղմացնող քաղաքական տոնի ոչ մի նշան չկա: Էրդողանի ներողությունը հեշտ չի լինի»,- ասում է թղթակիցը:

Հոդվածի հեղինակի տեսակետից` միջազգային հարաբերություններում անորոշության, Սիրիայում քաղաքացիական պատերազմի ֆոնի ներքո Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների կարգավորում մոտակա ժամանակներում չպետք է սպասել, եթե միայն Անկարայի և Մոսկվայի քաղաքականությունում տեղի չունենան արմատական փոփոխություններ:
