 Ոչ ոքի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ ապրիլյան իրադարձություններում Թուրքիան եւ անձամբ Էրդողանը իր լուրջ, սադրիչ դերն ուներԱյս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Մոսկվայի Նորագույն պետությունների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ալեքսեյ Մարտինովը:

«Ադրբեջանը վերջին 15 տարիների ընթացքում գտնվում է Թուրքիայի ուշադրության տակ.  ադրբեջանական ամբողջ էլիտան, գումարները, բիզնեսները Թուրքիայում են, ամբողջ ռազմական էլիտան ուսում է ստացել հենց  թուրքական  ռազմական հաստատություններում: Տնտեսական գործընթացների, մասնավորաապես նավթի գների անկման պատճառով ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները այն վիճակում են, որ չեն կարողանում սեփական միջոցներով պահել իր էլիտան, այն ղեկավարել: Եվ այստեղ առաջանում է Ադրբեջանի՝ Թուրքիայից կախման մեջ լինելու հարցը, այն, իրավիճակից, որը ղեկավարում է Է րդողանի նման մարդը: Սա, միանշանակ տարածաշրջանի համար մեծ սպառնալիք է»,-ասաց Ալեքսեյ Մարտինովը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այնուամենայնիվ, չարժե տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության համատեքստում Հայաստանը որպես առանձին երկիր դիտարկել:

«Այստեղ Վրաստանն է, Հայաստանը, Ադրբեջանը: Կարծում եմ՝ կայուն, հեռանկարային զարգացումը թե՛ տնտեսական, թե՛ հասարակական ոլորտներում կախված է հենց այդ բաժանարար գծերի  վերացումից, որն առկա է եղել երկրների միջեւ վերջին տարիներին: Այն, իհարկե, պայմանավորված է ԽՍՀՄ փլուզման գործոնով, չեմ բացառում նաեւ Ռուսաստանի թուլության գործոնը, որը ինչ-որ տեղ կրում է բարոյական, սոցիալ-մշակության, պատմական պատասխանատվություն այդ Անդրկովկասի ազգերի ճակատագրի համար: Մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ մարդիկ չեն ծնվում պատերազմելու ու զոհվելու համար, այլ  ապր ելու եւ իրենց կյանքը ավելի լավը դարձնելու: Իսկ հենց Թուրքիան եւ նրա հետեւորդները վերածում են տարածաշրջանը քաոսային գոտու, որտեղ կա՛մ  քաոս է, կա՛մ պատերազմ»,- եզրափակեց Նորագույն պետությունների ինստիտուտի տնօրենը:
