Դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Էստոնիայի օրենսդիր և գործադիր մարմիններում

Էստոնիա կատարած այցի շրջանակներում Էստոնիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը (նստավայրը՝ Վիլնյուս) դեկտեմբերի 21-ին հանդիպեց Էստոնիայի Ռիիգիկոգուի (խորհրդարան) խոսնակ Էիկի Նեստորի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանն Էստոնիայի Ռիիգիկոգուի խոսնակին ներկայացրեց երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության հեռանկարային մի շարք ոլորտներ: Այդ համատեքստում կարևորվեց միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբերի ձևաչափով համագործակցության ակտիվացումը: Իր հերթին խոսնակ Նեստորը կարևորեց Հայաստանի հետ փոխգործակցության զարգացումը նաև Արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում:

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան տնտեսական ու մշակութային ոլորտներում նախանշված մի շարք ծրագրերի:

Նույն օրը դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպեց նաև Ռիիգիկոգուի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մարկո Միհկելսոնի հետ:

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանն իր զրուցակցին ներկայացրեց ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքները, ինչպես նաև միջազգային հարթակներում Ադրբեջանի ցուցաբերած ապակառուցողական գործելաոճը:

Մարկո Միհկելսոնի խնդրանքով դեսպան Մկրտչյանը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական զարգացումները:

Երկուստեք կարևորվեց երկկողմ միջխորհդարանական համագործակցության առավել ակտիվացումը, ինչպես նաև տարբեր մակարդակի փոխայցելություններ իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Այնուհետև, դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպեց Էստոնիայի ԱԳ նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներին՝ Էստոնիայի ԱԳ նախարարության Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի բաժնի ղեկավար Մարտին Ռոջերի գլխավորությամբ: 

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանն իր զրուցակիցներին ներկայացրեց Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի որոշ մանրամասներ, ինչպես նաև պաշտոնական Բաքվի շարունակվող ապակառուցողական գործելաոճը և ամենաբարձր մակարդակով տարվող հակահայկական քարոզչությունն ու հնչող հռետորաբանությունը:

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան նաև ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր շրջանակային համաձայնագրի շուրջ ընթացող բանակցություններին։ Իր հերթին Մարտին Ռոջերը նշեց, որ Էստոնիան աջակցում է Եվրոպական միության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ ընթացող գործընթացին:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին մի շարք տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային հարցեր:

Նույն օրը դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ Էստոնիայի մշակույթի նախարար Ինդրեկ Սաարի հետ, որի ընթացքում զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան երկկողմ մշակութային համագործակցությանը, քննարկեցին դրա խորացմանն ուղղված մի շարք ծրագրեր:

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանը ներկայացրեց նախանշված մի շարք մշակութային միջոցառումների՝ ցուցահանդեսների, թատերական փառատոնների, ֆիլմերի ցուցադրության նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները: Նախարար Սաարը գոհունակությամբ ընդգծեց մշակութային ոլորտում Էստոնիայի հայ համայնքի ակտիվ դերակատարությունը:

Երկուստեք կարևորվեց մշակութային միջոցառումներն ավելի հաճախակի դարձնելու անհրաժեշտությունն ու այդ համատեքստում փոխադարձ այցելությունների նշանակությունը:

Էստոնիայի հանրային հեռուստատեսության խորհրդի անդամ Այնար Ռուուսաարի հետ նույն օրը տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում դեսպան Մկրտչյանը քննարկեց Հայաստանի և Էստոնիայի հանրային հեռուստատեսությունների միջև համագործակցության զարգացման հեռանկարները:

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ նաև Էստոնիայի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Էստոնիայի հայերի միության նախագահ Ռազմիկ Իվանյանի և համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկվեցին համայնքի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հարցեր:
